Do not ever ever book tickets with Via.com. I booked tickets with them once and it was the most stressful and unpleasant experience. The payment went thru but they didnt issue us our flight tickets. I then tried to call their offices but all number were not in use. We even tried calling the SG, Indo and India office but no support or help was provided.

I would highly recommended not using VIA.com as their team is unresponsive and very unreliable
