My ultrasonic cleaner went completely dead on the first use. The customer service department will not honor the promised 30 day no hassle return policy. First they wanted me to wait weeks for a replacement part I would have to install myself. When I rejected that they offered to return one third of the purchase and let me keep the useless product. No telling what they'll say next.

Purchase both the meatgrinder and scales, both products were shipped out quickly and were received and advertised. Had the opportunity to use both products meatgrinder work exceptionally well, making 80 pounds of breakfast sausage. The scales were very easy to set up and work flawlessly as well
Most things are as expected, some need minor fixing. I know I'm getting Chinese items, so I'm aware of the chance of lower quality with some items. If you need a part, it can be difficult to get, but usually worth it.

I purchased a sump pump battery backup system from this company on 03/10/2024. It was delivered quickly on 03/12/2024. I first tested the inventing function. It worked fine. I was happy for a short while and decided to buy a second unit.
After placing the order for second units. I noted that the first unit does well for inversion, but can not charge the battery. So I tried to cancel the second order a few hours after placing the order. But the their website did not let me cancel the order. Since their website clearly states that they have "30-day No-hassle Returns" policy, I was not worried about it.
After receiving the second unit, on 03/14/2024, I contacted Vevor customer support to return the first unit. Unfortunately, the support, named Ileana, did not issue a RMA number or process the return. She asked me to take a picture of the machine. I felt this company did not do what they promised on return practice and do not want to do any business with them and decided to return both units. So I took the pictures of the both units and sent to her. Later, I tested the second unit, it also defected. It randomly poped up an error message F03.
One day after sending pictures of both units, the same customer support emailed me and wanted me to make videos and send them to them, otherwise they do not process the return. What a "30-day No-hassle Returns" return practice!
I decided to write this story to the public. So that buyers be aware that they do not keep their "30-day No-hassle Returns" promise/policy at all.

I ordred a new expensive mailbox 160.99, I got a damaged and unusable one, bumps, searches, missing paint, bolts and shelves, this is the response I got = Dear Customer

Product is okay. Not amazing but there are things needing improvement
1) stitching
2) tougher material outside and inside. It's a steam room. Needs more durable material
3) okay to put together but tough if you can't pull the cheap material over the poles without ripping said cheap material
4) a longer hose for the steam room.
I would like a refund as this is cheap material for $170.

My order was delivered very quickly and was just what I ordered. I was impressed with the quality of the product and how Vevor kept me informed every step of the order and delivery process.
I really don't like the machine but it works the numbers all fell off the bucket of machine looks like it going to rust it's dented so far the gage is working I wouldn't buy it again

Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over. I s3nt them pics and videos of the machine the next day it came. Nothing they are robbing people for there hard earned money
