Works correctly lifted my Dodge ram without problem, the negative is that the cable is shorts.

Products arrive on time,neatly packaged and and work great!

One of the adapters was not threaded or machined for the missing o-ring. Other than that it seems to be a decent set of vacuum gauges.

This is the third time I have used Vevor for my agricultural supplies. They prices are competitive and the products were as described. Easy to order and return as needed.

I purchased a small Vevor hand rail, Step Handrail 304 Stainless Steel. I noted the initial length of the handrail and it was way too long. I took advantage of chatting with a customer support person. She insured me that the rail is adjustable and would fit my 24" length.

Once Elena said it is adjustable I purchased the handrail.
As soon as I received it I knew it was not adjustable, it is a 59" stainless steel tube, not adjustable at all.
I initially called Vevor customer service and was told I am 22 in the line. I waited a fair amount of time and finally gave up. I decided to go to online support. That turned out to be worse. They keep sending automated email responses that say nothing.
Truthfully, the handrail looks nice, BUT their customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered.

I found a well designed quality rotary lawn spreader for a great price. I will check VEVOR next time I'm shopping for equipment.

I purchased 2 vinyl cutter from them and one out the box had a blank screen and the other just sits and hums with no movement, I contacted Vevor sent video and pitchers and they responded we will send you a mother board and you can replace it. I an not an electrician nor an electronics technician plus it voids the warranty if I open up the device. Don't believe the hassle free return and refund that is all a lie stay away from this company if i could reach the world I would tell them stay away there all lies and no customer service. They just want your money. I they give the same lam generic email responce to everything.

Vevor refunded my account for a cancelled order of $446.55 and then again charged me for it. They won't give my money back. They tell me to review my statement further and to contact my bank, which I've already done. I've shared my bank statement with them, proving the charges and they pretty much tell me "I'm sorry, it's impossible" even with proven bank statements and the deductions/math showing it was deducted from my account. I'm furious! Never will buy from these POS thieves ever again! I advise everyone boycott their $#*! products.
