For the most part, customer service including timely delivery of products was good. I got the run around when I identified missing parts requiring me to take a picture of the unit, circle the product in the manual for 8 eyebolts that were missing. This was time consuming and unnecessary considering the value of these items which equated to several dollars. More timely and effective customer support is required.
Easy to install, works for its purpose.

I must admit that i did not expect to be buying a coffee percolator from the Vevor brand as i have always associated the company with power tools.
Glad i bought the 12 cup machine as it is easy on the eyes, easy to clean the S/S components and as advertised, perks 1 cup/minute. If you don't use disk coffee filters, then should use medium to coarse grind to minimize the coffee grinds at the bottom of the pot.
It's been a great coffee maker so far and if i could make a suggestion, water level markers on the outside of the pot would benefit someone like me who wears glasses and squints when pouring water to the right level of water needed.
I bought something and one week later the same article was half price
