Easy to use internet site, easy to order and pay and rapid reception.

First order placed was a spring compressor. It arrived with a missing foot pedal. I contacted VEVOR customer service by email and expected to wait a week or so for a response. I had a response within 12 hours and a solution to resolve the issue within 24 hrs. Fantastic customer service, I could not be more satisfied. I have dealt with VEVOR on a couple more occasions, great service all around.

Hello, both product seem superior to similar products that I looked at. Bolt cutters seem very rugged the vegetable spinner comes with a glass bowl which make it much more solid. Also, removes far more water from lettuce then my old spinner.

I had this cart less than 3 months and the trailer hitch BENT and now makes the cart unusable as soon as you take the pin out you can not get it back in. I called them on it and the FIRST person said it was in the warranty one year period and stated that they would send out a replacement cart, the whole thing, and it would be elevated up because they do NOT deal in individual parts, And I could expect it within a couple of weeks, Within ONE WEEK I got another response stating they will be refunding me $25 and that was it, so you spend $250 it does not even last 3 months and you get a $25 and get to keep a BROKEN CART that is UNUSABLE. AVOID THIS PRODUCT and THIS COMPANY they LIE and do NOT stand behind their products. Today 8/21 they UPPED the money to $75, WOW a whole $50 that means I will only lose $175 on this product since it does NOT work from a DEFECTIVE PART. What good does $75 if I can not use the product safely. And their warranty guarantees 100% satisfaction. THEY LIE AND INSULT you, AVOID them

I hope this message finds you well. I purchased a Vevor sewing machine last month, but I was out of the country when it arrived. I've recently had the opportunity to try it out and discovered that the foot switch jack is not functioning correctly. Despite plugging it in properly, the machine starts automatically regardless of the switch setting (I or II).

As this issue significantly impacts the machine's usability for me, I would like to request a return and refund. Could you please provide me with the necessary steps to process this return and obtain a refund?

I ordered "commercial heavy duty hand driers", I received hand driers made of plastic. I tried reaching customer service, no way to access anyone, no phone numbers. The phone number on the box is not a working number.

Der Dachgepäckträger wurde vertragsgemäß im Karton geliefert, leider aber ist der eine Stern als Minusstern zu verstehen. Die vorgefundenen Einzelteile wiesen zum Teil deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf; es scheint kein neuer Artikel zu sein. An den Metallteilen haften überall Metallspäne und die Schnittkanten sind nicht entgratet und unsauber geschnitten. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr beim Umgang damit. Die nur wenig erläuternde Aufbauanleitung besteht aus einem DIN-A5-Zettel auf Englisch, der original zusammengeknüllt im Karton lag. Wir haben das Produkt letztendlich nicht für den Urlaub benutzt, da das Produkt erst nachbearbeitet werden müsste, bevor man es auch nur in die Nähe von Autolack bringt - Kratzer wären vorprogrammiert. Ein Retouren-Schein lag leider nicht bei.

Excellent produit, mais attention les "encrages" du verin sont un peu faible au regard de la vitesse et de la puissance du moteur.

Das Gerät mißt Entfernungen bis 1188 m (1300 Yrd) und kostet nur ein Drittel der Technik für den Schießsport. Das Gerät arbeitet schnell, zuverlässig und die Bedienung ist wirklich sehr einfach. Für Golfspieler gibt es weitere interessante Einstellungen bzw Anzeigen. Das Gerät ist leicht und verfügt über eine Vielzahl an Befestigungsmöglichkeiten bis hin zu einem starken Magneten.

Purchased a 4" 3-jaw lathe chuck. Great price to start with. Shipped on time. Took it apart to clean and check for burs, found a small one that came right off. Might not have bothered it, but wanted to be sure. All 3 jaws were numbered inside (out of sight), but not outside. T.I.R. Was less than.002. Overall, a nice, quality chuck that I expect to use for a long time.

I ordered the 4 jaw 2.75" lathe chuck. I stated the spindle size of my lathe is 3/4"x16tpi. I have no idea what size adapter you shipped. The adapter will not fit my lathe or the chuck.

The online store is easy to navigate. Pricing is good if not fair. Ordering is fairly easy. Products are great for the money. Remember you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend if you don't want to pay high prices.
