(I'm old and tech challenged so I had to get help to upload photos). Received no response. Initiated another chat. After some time received a note saying I had tripped a heat monitor. It would start working after it cooled down. By this time it had been cooling over two weeks. Initiated a 3rd chat received promise to resolve problem. No response in days.
