From point of my decision to delivery at my door was very fast. Product was exactly what I wanted. Relatively easy to install. Price including shipping was better than expected for what I wanted.
It took from early december until the end of month to get a refund for an air pump that did not work. And they never addressed my request for a return mailing label to return the defective one to them. Their standard seems to be that they will "get back to me in 1-3 days... they wanted a video to show how it didn't work and their 'customer review' did not even provide a button to 'submit' after entering the details of what they did to insult customers by asking for a video to show how the pump didn't work properly. After repeated threats to notify my cc company that they sell defective products, they finally refunded my money. They are scamming customers in my opinion.

I purchase the vevor gate opener on November 29,2024 and when I received it the instructions were not ear on how to operate the gate opener no on or off switch so I returned it through FedEx and sent vevor a tracking number and chatted with the customer rep. Luis who asked me to accept 22.00 and keep the gate opener instead of my refund. I explained to him that I wanted my refund. I put a claim in with my credit union I still haven't received my refund. Run from this company poor customer service and no honesty or integrity. I will be filling a report with the BBB Bureau and may a smalls claim court to get my money back if my credit union doesn't come through. This company gets a 0 rating from me.

I received the Vevor waterproof metal detector within a few days of order. It was exactly as described. I have used it to probe the ground where my primary metal detector indicates items of potential value to better isolate the location. Although rated IP68... I have not yet had the nerve to immerse it in the water completely. The probe itself is well protected and can be used for shallows. I am happy with this purchase. It came with an extra 9VDC battery in my kit. Allen

This wheel is a great price! Yes, it required assembly but the assembly wasn't that hard... It rolls smoothly and quietly.my cat needed a couple of days to get the hang of it but once he did it was non stop from there, he loves it and is getting better at it every day.he now runs without stumbling for several seconds at a time. So happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend it!

After ordering, our item arrived in 4 days and was packaged good for safe transport. The Vevor brand is reliable and we have had a positive experience with the quality of their products.
I am usually skeptical of Chinese products, but this one is very well engineered and built. The parts are solid and sturdy, and the assembled sweeper is quite heavy. Considering my age, I probably should have bought the 21 inch model instead of the 26 inch, as this one is tiring to push around. However, it does sweep a wider path. The results are best when the leaves are dry and fairly new. If they are wet, or have previously been wet, they tend to stick to the ground. As others have said, the first pass will get 50-80% of the leaves, depending on condition, so 2 to 3 passes are required, but in a relatively short time, the results are very nice. I find it quicker to scoop out the basket every 20 feet, instead of removing the basket.
Other people have said this sweeper was difficult to assemble, but I don't agree. It was very intuitive; I mostly ignored the instructions.
Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over. I s3nt them pics and videos of the machine the next day it came. Nothing they are robbing people for there hard earned money
