Products slightly damaged in shipping. No help and passed the buck. They didn't help at ALL. Customer service is slow and almost non-existent. They're great until you have an issue. Weeks to even get an answer.
Update: Once this post was made they changed there stance on support and decided to give me a refund instead. All I wanted was replacement parts to start with. It is a quality product that had some damage.

I don't know exactly how they do it, but they're fantastic. I've only ordered a handful of things from Vevor and they are way cheaper than anyone else, but the quality is better than some of the budget brands... I'd put it on par between craftsman and harbor freight at less cost.
Out of the 3 things I've ordered, I had a slight issue with one (technically, it was my fault) but Vevor was able to help and resolve my issues.
Their customer service team was great the one time I needed some help with the issue mentioned above. It had to deal with laser alignment and the customer service team had to go back and forth between their asian country counterparts and back to the US, so it was about a day between responses. But they sent videos that they recorded just for my specific problem.
If Vevor has the item i'm looking for, i'll always choose them above harbor freight, amazon or lowes at this point.

I contacted customer service by chat and was told they would forward my feedback onto the appropriate team and I could expect a response in 24 - 72 business hours. This is very unacceptable as I order two of the product because I needed two of the product and now the timeline of my project has been put into jeopardy. I would have expected the customer service agent to have the authority to send me a replacement product right away.

Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over. I s3nt them pics and videos of the machine the next day it came. Nothing they are robbing people for there hard earned money
