The 3 oz landscape fabric was easy to lay and the 6ft width really saves time. The order process was flawless, communication on status and delivery time all exceeded my expectations.
This is a very heavy steel ice chest, but the drain mechanism requires some "do-it-yourself" skills to make it work well. Also, I think it might be a little out of square. The top won't stay seated, and I think I"m going to be fighting this to keep the cover working smoothly without having to keep adjusting it. It's also pretty big, so be prepared to put a ton of ice into this thing!
I've owned this cutter for 60 days and so far so good! It's getting a little dull after about 50 reams of paper but that's to be expected. I've went through about 4 other name brand cutters in the last year or so and those are all in the trash, totally broken from regular use. Thanks Vevor for a great product!
Received my order very fast, but upon opening the box I discovered that an inexpensive drill bit that was supposed to be included was missing. I called customer service and was told I would have to take pictures of all the parts that were in the box and send the pictures to Vevor and their customer service team would investigate and offer a solution based on their policy. Common sense tells you if I was trying to get a cheap drill bit fraudulently, I would just leave it out of the pictures. It seemed like this policy kind of questioned my integrity. Instead of going through this song and dance, I bought a drill bit to complete the installation.
Received email kit was paid for but no email that kit was shipped. Called customer service to see if kit was shipped. After talking to customer service I received kit in 2 days. My order was placed during a weekend this might of caused problem with email and shipping. Customer service very friendly and helpful.
Directions to put it together are a little sketchy but they can be figured out. These carts will be very beneficial in our storage unit. We will also be using them on our Jo's sites.

I ordered an exhaust fan from them and it arrived. Took it out of the box and plugged it in and it wouldn't work. Checked the plug and everything and just wouldn't work. I contacted them to resolve it and they wrote that they would offer a "credit and a new motor." I received the credit, but no motor. I emailed again and they wrote "We have operated compensation refund for you. You can only choose one of sending accessories and refund." Now I understood she meant "or." Don't know how you could offer a $50 credit for a $135 purchase which you failed to complete and think that the issue would be resolved. This site is a waste of time. Sells crappy equipment from China.
Bought a vevor ice machine got to my house and don't work now they are saying my motherboard is bad. Asked for refund no answer ill never but from this company agian and will get my attorney on this paid almost 400 dollars for something that doesn't work don't buy anything from this company. This is the first time using a heat press and this one is fantastic. So much so will be ordering another one for my 17yr old sons new design business.
I purchased a couple of items from VEVOR. The first was a ballast box for my tractor. The box had some good functional features that drove me to purchase. A trap door to easily empty sand or stones used for weight. There are some cylinders inside for storing shovels etc. Although the metal was a bit thinner than expected, it still functioned. The biggest disappointment was the welds. They were pretty far off of being centered between the two pieces. Maybe strong enough to keep secure when empty, highly unlikely to last with weight inside.
The second piece I bought was clamp on pallet forks with stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar is very flimsy thin metal that distorts when securing. The wingnuts included spin freely when the appropriate force need to secure bar is used. I reached out to VEVOR, asking for replacement bolts to secure. Over 3 emails they stated that their technicians say they are not an issue. When they spin freely, not applying enough pressure to secure stabilizer bar, it's an issue.
I would not buy again from VEVOR, as their customer service is poor and products are cheaply made.
I bought a honey extractor from Vevor. It came quickly. When I put it together the electric motor would not turn on.
After many emails requesting videos again and again about the problem so their technicians can review they told me they wanted me to take the unit to a repair facility near me and they would pay for repairs.
All I needed was for them to send me a replacement electrical assembly. It's pretty much bolt on.
I have finally come to asking them for a refund and how I ship it back and their emails have stopped.
I have come to find that their delays in talking with me were to drag out the time since I've bought the unit so they could ignore replacing it or refunding me.
This is said as I really wanted to use this unit and for it to work.

I contacted them today, Aug 11,2022, to find out where my replacement is; I've been told to "contact the logistic company about the parcel delivery address. If they can not give your solutions, please file a claim and provide the claim number.

Purchased a thickness planer. After a couple boards the blades started cutting grooves, checked and one blade was damaged. No big deal right? Wrong! Tried to find blades everywhere and finally caved and contacted customer service to be told that they do not sell individual parts for this unit and that after the 1 year warranty I would have to purchase a whole new tool $359 if anything broke... returned and went with a different brand that I can buy parts for.
So after posting on 6 different Social Media Sights, Vevor has once again reached out to me by email only and asked me to provide them with proof of purchase, a video and pictures. I have done this twice already, spoken to three different customer service reps that tell me they cannot help me. I get an email from Vevor telling me that i need to take the fridge to a professional business that can fix it and they will give me $100. That is crazy that I have to take my time to fix their product that has been used 2 months, if I cannot get them to send me a new one or refund my money, can you imagine what it would take to get $100 back for reimbursement. I am in contact with the Better Business Bureau, they need to investigate this company and their practices.
I recently purchased a Vevor 47qt Electric Car Fridge from Vevor website after reading multiple reviews on quality. I purchased in March and began to use it in June when I started camping. Two months into the season my Fridge started throwing a F3 code. I ran through all the troubleshooting before calling customer service as well as emailing and having a message chat with a customer service rep. This has gone on for one month now, i have sent in pictures and video of how the fridge is operating. I asked that I have a tech call me as I handy and can walk through the instructions the give me for a fix. No one has called me, all I get from Vevor is notes that say take it to a repair shop and they will gladly pay for the repair. In my mind it is not my responsibility to repair a product that is 4 months old and has a defect. I have asked to have Vevor send me a new fridge and I will send back the one I have for them to find the issue. OR I have simply asked for my money back and I would send them my fridge. Crickets! Nothing from Vevor, no phone call, no email, nothing... So i have told Vevor that i am going to do what any customer that is getting the shaft from a large company like Vevor would do. Hit their customer service and their ability to stand by their product with bad press on Social Media. There is no other way to get their attention and i will continue to hit every website warning people of this companies inability to take care of merchandise that was $279.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered three BAINE Marie buffet warmers for my business. One never showed, one worked ok, doesn't get hot, the other never worked out of the box. Material is flimsy, all wiring is loose and not put together well. Their response was for me to take some photos, which I did. They stated ok, please take a $100 refund, and keep the unit. After my response, I was told nothing they can do about lost unit, and they will now offer $50 refund. Prices are low because product is absolute garbage. Zero customer service and they don't speak English once you get past their fake customer service front in the US.
