If they allowed a 0 star review I would give them that. Customer service is horrendous in fact none existent. Takes days for a response via email. Phone is even worse. Only buy from these clowns if you don't care about warranty or returns. Say 24/7 service ha "NOT". 30 day free returns " ha NOT". Be very cautious ordering from this company. Not sure they even have a really office. Think it's just a call Center. Careful careful. You have been WARNED

Bought this to demolish my front concrete walkway. Renting jackhammer at Home depot will cost me $50 for 4 hours I realized it was going to be more practical to buy this and do the job at my own pace, and not to worry about time limit. This jackhammer is strong enough to break up my 4 inch thick concrete and also not that heavy. I can say this is just right a person like myself trying to be a handyman to save money on their renovation around the house. At this price this jackhammer is really a great value. Just don't forget to fill oil before using. For safety reminder, when using always wear ear plug, goggle and hand gloves.

We ordered a replacement awning for our trailer and the sizing we ordered was correct and fast shipping. After watching a few YouTube videos we were able to install and it looks great and so far keeps the rain off and look good. Price point for this is about half of other awnings out there and so far very happy with it

Extremely valuable accessory. I have a small production company. I've been doing sound for most of my life. One of the biggest problems with doing sound is that there are wires everywhere, hundreds of possible places for people to trip and hurt themselves. I've rented the large, professional wire covers and they are a pain because they are very heavy and hard to move, especially when I only need to run 2 or 3 wires. Excellent product, well made. Purchased to weather proof items stored on the cargo rack on the back of our trailer. Great quality bag. Good quality zippers and straps. Would be nice if the straps were built into the bag, but for the money not an issue!

The assembly instructions should include some description in words to make it more clear. After some struggling I have assembled the chair but two screws cannot go in all the way (Photo 1) due to manufacture defect. Nonetheless the chair is sturdy enough for use. Since the chair is not adjustable, I have to adjust my sitting posture to achieve the best effect. I have used this chair for 1 month and it has helped with my medical problem so I cough less when sitting. The color of the chair matches very well with the color of my home (Photo 2).

We bought a rotary cheese grater to replace an older one we had. It works great. Fast prep for slaw and carrots and potatoes for cooking. Great for salads, cheeses, anything you want to slice, dice or grate.

I bought a portable diesel tank from vevor. I felt it was going to take a lot of time to fill my coach tank, but it wasn't bad. I used it to buy diesel from fuel stations without taking my coach to the truck stop.

I purchased from Canada. The items were missing parts and quality was very poor. Requested refund and they tried to do anything but offer full refund and return. If you're not satisfied with the product, you will not get a full refund. After 7 days of back and forth, they offered 45% of my money back. Spend a bit extra and shop elsewhere.

Look that company don't give a $#*! about fixing there machine they ******* claim again then send 652 for repair cost then said after it broke again we will refund the difference the ours hase and Amazon they give shot because they publicly so never buy from them

First time buyer. I never heard of the company and decided to try it. I bought the 39 inch tile cutter for my father and he loves it! He said it cuts clean and even has a little laser to make sure his cut is straight.

I used this to paint a stairwell that's about 17 feet high. It was very helpful. I did have my son on standby because I was nervous but it worked fine. I'm 55 years old and 5'1. This was so handy for helping me get that high up for cutting in and doing the ceiling.
