I bought a few things, that on Amazon would be more expensive, from the same brand. My concerns are about returning products, due not 100% satisfaction. On the other reviews, other customers related problems with Vevor customer service, in all kind of leves, since support, refunds and returns. I hope, if i have any issues, I don't become any of them.
I have done lots of research until I came accross this Ozone vevor and ran in both of my cars and can't be more satisfied
All of the rollers are working very well.
The structural parts and Steel were accepted by our ingeneer.
Delivery service is fast, good quality, feels good in your hand and feels and tough. All and all im pleased
I got what I ordered, a 10x10 white canopy. However the material isn't fitted correctly and is thin, so it is baggy and saggy everywhere. The canopy is very hard to set up alone and typically require 2 or 3 people to set up. The legs don't stand upright (there is a bit of a flare outward). It is sad to say that I bought a better tent on Amazon.

I recently bought a new house and ended up purchasing quite a few things from vevor. So far I've been happy with everything from flooring to tools to toys for the kids. Seems like decent stuff.
I was unable to use the product. I was offered a $20 refund but "I could keep it". After about 2 days I was told that the case was closed.

Ordered on feb3 arrived feb5 wow 2 Days and it works great. Only issue is the cooking plate was coated in oil and was difficult to clean off. Suggest using edible oil to protect surface.
The overall quality of these countertops are great, very solid, but they appear to have been damaged in transit. Thankfully only one side was damaged so it would be the bottom side.
Purchased a $700.00 toilet from Vevor I had it installed the day after delivery that I paid another$150.00 to have done plus tax. The toilet wont flush anything down! Not even water! I have tried calling them, chat,emailing. No answer no reply contacted BBB they have 133 negative pages of issues with their product or services!
This company is a total scam! Not sure why the video does not show up? As it clearly shows the toilet does not flush even water down!
Update now the company has finally contacted me and said they would either send me a new toilet that I declined,or send my money back. I have not seen or heard of any money being applied as a credit on my CC acount as of yet but they have said it takes 5 to 15 days so I guess we will see.
Also the company Vevor has asked me to remove all my negative reviews from the web!
I also asked them what am I supposed to do with $700.00 piece of garbage toilet? Zero response from them, now have to pay to have it sent to the dump! Absolute joke!
