This website is easy to use, I like that there are all formats of the textbooks needed. Its nice to be able to either rent, buy new or used. I've never not found a text book I was looking for. They even have international options. The returns are easy. I do kinda think that its ridiculous to offer textbook buy backs and it being one penny, that would be my only complaint at least make it worth a dollar because whats the point in selling 12 textbooks and only getting under $1.
I ordered my books on May 24th 2023 and its June 16th, there is no update, there is no seller information, the tracking number doesn't show anything, its been that way from the start. You can't contact them by phone. Classes already started 2 weeks ago and no one from this company contacts you back. They got your money and to bad about your books. Now i'm stuck in a class with no books and no way to contact them and get any reply back of where my books are.
I found better deals for most of my books on a different site, but I was grateful for the amazing deal for the book I did end up purchasing!

It a fraud, avoid at any cost. I was just swindled for 1 book for which I had to pay return shipping and the other is somehow lost in shipping. For 2 books I got nothing, you better sell your college books locally.

Order books well in advance. Expect items to be cancelled and refunded several times. I ordered right before classes started, now I am two weeks in and still have no books.
I have rented books several times and this company have given excellent service. I have not encountered the out of stock on any book I've ordered and the prices are the best
The selection process was great, however the payment process was not very user friendly and time consuming. I reached out for help and chat rep gave me some tips however no contact number listed on web to call personally
They do cheap rentals and do really good buy backs. However their customer service sucks. I have rented from them in the past and they take forever to ship out and they take forever to look through books to see how much they will give you for books...
I was shocked at how cheap I found one of the textbooks I needed for my last quarter in college. The other two I needed were very similarly priced but were a tad more expensive than what I paid for them on Amazon. The cheaper book was a $30.00 savings including shipping.

You can buy popular DVDs from third party sellers... really inexpensively compared to Amazon.com. It's easy to use the site. They have good customer service and tech support.
I have ordered twice now from this website and wow! Just wow. I'm amazed at the prices. Even though you get sometimes used books, they're still in wonderful condition for extremely cheap prices. Everything is delivered on time when it says it will arrive. It's crazy to me that there's options like this. I hadn't known about this before my college recommended it. I'm glad I have discovered ordering my college books from Valore! It's saved me so much money in the long run. I can get 15 books for the price of just 1.
This company is a complete scam. I wish I never would have encountered them. Seek out a more reputable organization for textbooks. I wouldn't be surprised if most of the positive reviews were paid for. Their customer service is awful.

So far it is great, but I wonder why they want a review 2 seconds after I placed my order? The price is right, and as long as I receive my book on time, and in good shape I will be happy to rate this site higher.
This service provides books at reasonable prices! Textbooks aren't getting any cheaper but I can always count on this site to provide the best possible options for my coursework.

This is my first time ordering from this site. Less expensive than my school bookstore. If everything is delivered without any problems I would definitely use them again.

Really awesome site, nice reasonable price. I hope everything will work out considering I read some of the other reviews that didn't work out for other buyers. I often times would rather rent a book than buy a book. After I started price comparison I will never buy a brand new with a buy back option because these sellers will never buy back these books due to changing conditions such as moving to another edition. So I enjoy renting school books any day of the week.
It took forever to my process the order! I had to keep going compoletely out of the website and start the order over, before it finally accepted it and processed the order! Now if I receive the order in an acceptable amount of time, that will be great!
Valore Books had the best prices for the used math and science books this year! It was super easy to search for them, and along with shipping and handling the prices couldn't be beat! I'll see how their descriptions stand up against the books when them arrive.
