Every Rental i have made which is 4 total have all been in good condition, have arrived fast, and have had not return issues. Return labels are very easy to access, you only need a printer and a bubble wrap bag. Keep up keeping my books at least 90% to 30% cheaper than the cheapest option in my book store.

ValoreBooks are affordable for single mom that in invested in their education. It is a good way to save money and be able to care of your family. You do not have to worry about what bill I can not pay if I buy this book for my class-

Before receiving my books, I find it difficult to give an accurate rating. However, the site was easy to navigate and overall I had a pleasant experience. The one thing I do not like is that a "new" item may not actually be new, which is very problematic when you need access codes and supplemental materials.

Don't sell anything using this company. It is a scam. They will offer you money for your books to hook you up to later only accept a couple of them. Good luck with getting your books back. I have 2 orders ******* and ******* in that situation from september and until this date I have yet seen either my books returned or the money for both transactions. Shame on you valorebooks.com"

The order form only lets you type in the street address portion, and then uses google maps to fill in the zip code, city and state. This doesn't work because for many college students they have PO boxes through their university which have different addresses than the street address. I was forced to enter an incorrect address and now I'm just hoping the textbook gets here on time.

I hate to say it but this company cannot live up to its promise. The online system was unresponsive and slow. After three attempts the system said, "order accepted". I got an email indicating the order is being processed. The about 10 days later my order was cancelled. Suggest saving yourself time and frustration. Look elsewhere for your books.

We found that the books we needed to by for school were cheaper here than on most other sites; particularly our reading and course books. Even the used option were at a better price. I will shop this site again next year for sure.

This is such a great alternative to buying books full price on campus. Was looking for a book online that cost around $70 on most cites and found it here for under $20. Using this site can certainly save you a lot of money when it comes to those expensive college textbooks!

This company has been my friend through all my college years and I can say its helped me save a lot of money in college. Textbook are very expensive but I was never disappointed when searching for good prices on books. Thank you ValoreBooks! I always recommend you to all my friends.

Just placed order so I can't say much about shipping experience. Easiest website layout with the biggest selection I've seen. I love that I have the option to rent or buy and that it has common textbooks as well as smaller books I may need for class.

Experience has been excellent! Have been able to locate the needed textbooks for my classes. Even better than locating off Amazon, Offerup, and Craigslist. Able to save $$! I greatly appreciate it! :)

Give a lot of great prices for books. Really poor service though and not a lot of transparency. Paid 6.95$ expedited shipping and hasn't come with in the window plus my other order was cancelled because the seller claims it was out of stock. I then had to wait additional time to get the book that I needed to reorder (I did so on amazon). They obviously need to work out the kinks in their system.

I have been ordering my books through ValoreBooks.com for the past two years. I have never experienced any issues with my orders. They always are shipped and received right away. Even when I had to return a couple, it was a simple and painless process. I highly recommend this site for college books to save hundreds of dollars each semester!

Was able to rent my $150 text book for $9. It was really easy using the site too! The only thing was there was no spot to put any coupon information. I also am not sure how long this will take to receive but I'm super excited that I saved so much money and that I have the newest edition.

Textbooks are always crazy expensive. This is one of the only sites that I trust that provides textbooks at a reasonable price. I know other users have had issues with the shopping carts (some even didn't receive their books) but I have not had an issue (yet). I would recommend this to any college student over other sites (however, this site isn't perfect and isn't always the cheapest). Just be aware, order smart.

I didn't experience any troubles with the site. I searched for my book, found a good used alternative, added it to the cart and payed. Very quick, simple and painless. Prices were better than elsewhere (including the famous baby chicken egg site!).

When trying to fill out the mailing and billing address, your system automatically rejects addresses that do not appear. This makes it impossible for people like me, who use P. O. Boxes and not street addresses, to order. Thanks but no thanks.
