I've ordered the wrong books before, and their customer service is super helpful with their return policy. I've been using them for about 2 years now, and I don't think I'll ever go to another site for books. They are very understanding, and extremely reasonable with their pricing on books. Check out was easy but auto fill had some issues so I just typed everything to make sure it gets to my daughter at college. Now just have to wait for book to arrive. Hopefully it ships quickly as it says it's in stock?

So far it is great, but I wonder why they want a review 2 seconds after I placed my order? The price is right, and as long as I receive my book on time, and in good shape I will be happy to rate this site higher.

Never had a problem with this website. The books always made it to my location and it's usually cheaper than other websites that I used to use. However, I wish they would offer an option like chegg to have access to an ebook while the delivery it's on it's way.

I very seriously considered going to another vendor who had higher prices, but I would be able to trust with my information. Despite how I put in my billing info correctly every time, the payment would not be accepted try after try. I tried using different networks to no avail. I was finally able to do it today without issue on the 1st try, but this is a week and a half after I would have preferred to order my books.

I've been a Chegg lover for my entire schooling and now I'm switching over. ValoreBooks had the textbooks that I needed and for out of this world prices! I saved over $150 by ordering books through ValoreBooks versus my original site. It was easy to use and upfront about pricing. I was able to buy books instead of renting them and it still saved me so much money.

This site is great... We have never had a problem getting a book or getting what we need to send our rentals back, when we are done with them at the end of the semester. I find the prices very reasonable as well.

Had the best pricing on book rentals for almost all of the seven text books I need this semester for college. Glad I was able to get some many texts at the price other websites charge to buy or even rent one book!

I hope that when my text arrives it is in as good a shape as the description indicated. The price was almost 1/2 the cost of the same book on other sites. I am hopeful that when it is all said and done that this will be a regular site for me to purchase books online. We'll see!

Ive used this website a lot recently and it has come in CLUTCH. They are usually pretty fast and i am always late on buying my books so that is important. I am overall very grateful this website exists

They only had one of the three textbooks I needed in that price range, though. Also, when I hit checkout for the first time it took me to a page full of code. That was very confusing. IT worked the second time, and the checkout process was quick, so yeah 4/5 you guys are cool.

I have never had any issues with this book company. They ship on time, rentals are super easy to rent and return, and prices are very affordable. I love these guys and strongly recommend them to any college student looking for books at an affordable price.
