Items are listed on your inventory that are not available. Inventory should be updated as soon as an item no longer exists for rent or at least on a daily basis. Item cancelled on order is still listed a day later. This complicates timing with start of school and may result in a delay in being able to participate.

Ive literally saved HUNDREDS of dollars by using this website. If you're having a problem checking out and it won't let you type in zip code, city, and state, try typing in your entire address in the "address" bar. Do not split it up. This worked for me. It will automatically fill that in for you.

I would highly suggest that you change your shopping cart to be able to manually input your city and state. Allowing google maps to automatically populate those fields almost sent my books to another city! I'm guessing this happens all the time. It's the difference between 3 and 5 stars and possibly not using your site in the future.

In theory it seems great, although there was very little information when I ordered the book. For example, I don't know if I'm just getting an access code or if I'm getting the full textbook. Didn't really specify. I'm only really interested in the access code, so as long as that works, there's no problem, but I'd like to have a better idea of what I'm buying.

The process was really easy and fast and most certainly cheaper books I found. As a college student or book lover in general you want to make sure you save money yet be able to find exactly what you are looking for. This made the process easier and faster.

Throughout my college textbook search, this site has always been the cheapest for me. I recommend this to every college student if your budget is tight! I have never had any problems with them in the past and always got the book in a timely matter. THANK YOU! :)

I have used Valor several times over the years and have never had an issue with them. Orders arrive on time, renting is a great alternative, and the books have always been in usable conditions.

This is my third time ordering from ValoreBooks. I get my books SO much cheaper than the campus bookstore (even the off-campus bookstore!) and in a timely manner.
I'm sorry other people have had a negative experience and are giving bad reviews, but I've only seen good from this company so far!

This cite was very easy to navigate. The options of new, used and rental located at the top of the page allowed me to go back and forth between pages to compare the better prices. Although, it didn't provide an estimated shipping date I am overall pleased and will be visiting this cite more often for my books.

Had a ebook malfunction only to find out when this happens the school bookstore can do nothing about it although you paid them for the book. This site presented me with a better option to having text books everywhere and my book is order for a fraction of what the ebook cost me as well as the full price of a book I will not use after this course. Lets see how it goes, wish me luck.

My experience with purchasing international books from ValoreBooks has been exceptional. I've gotten textbooks for a tenth of the price of what Amazon sells them for, and the only thing different about the cheaper textbooks is that they're paperback and in black-and-white. These differences I can live with.

The site prevented me from entering mailing address city and zip code.
The only way it works is if you enter your street address and then select the other info from a pop-up menu.

A fine system, but if you miss the pop-up menu, there are no hints on what to do next. Ended up doing the entire form again before I got it to work.

A single line of text next to the street address text box could have resolved this issue.

Great price. Beat Amazon, including its marketplace, and eBay. Best price on Google shopping, which is where I found it. Now I have a new bookstore on my list. Easy to use. So far, so good. Remains to be seen how they actually deliver. And whether I can edit this review after I receive what I ordered. To be continued...

For some reason when I tried to place an order it kept saying my payment information was incorrect. I checked and reentered everything several times, but it continued giving me the same error. I ended up waiting days and trying again a couple times. It finally worked. The prices were low but the hassle almost made me look to other websites to get my books.
