“This company is a JOKE!”

I ordered a textbook to use for my 5 week summer school class. I was told that the shipping was quick, but here it is 3 days before my class ends and no book. I continously requested a tracking number because they lied and said the book had been shipped. Nothing... no tracking number! Tried to contact them and the voicemail says it's a Googke voicemail account. Requested a refund but they are not responding! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
