Ordered 8 Sarree, after two weeks long explanations about inspections and dye lots not matching. No quality of product and no appropriate credit for crappy merchandise!
Utsav Fashion is fantastic. I was notified that my order would be delayed because it had some issues that they wanted to resolve before shipping it, I contacted customer service to ask if there was any way to expedite shipping because I needed my garments for a wedding. The response was that it was highly unlikely, but they would do everything in their power.Well, lo and behold, my package arrived ahead of schedule on exactly on the day I needed it! I was overjoyed. I absolutely loved it! It fit perfectly and everyone complemented me. I can't thank you enough for all the care and concern that was put into filling my order!
I bought a banarasi pure silk saree, and a viscose silk saree. Extremely disappointed with the quality of both sarees. The material and the look/color both unsatisfactory.
We ordered the wrong size for the kurta but the team was not flexible on the refund and return. In the meantime, we ordered a new one without the refund to simply learn it won't make on time for the wedding as the item did not pass their standard. We will now have to run last minute to get it somewhere else in time
The company is amazing! I got such a great deal on my daughter's and my outfit for my brother's wedding. His wife is Indian and her family was very impressed with our attire! Also the tailoring was lovely and the pieces were ready to wear right out of the package. Thank you!
Hi! Overall it was a good experience. But I ordered a size 40. I am more comfortable in a 42 but I thought I could make it work. Unfortunately I received a 38, making the dress unusable.
I had a good experience over all. My outfit looks just like the pictures and everything came messaged out to the measurements I took, so it fits great.

Arrived on-time but the size was too tight according to the size chart
Did not hear from them until I called my credit card company who suggested that I call pay pall then I got a text that item was mailed. Their sizes run small as to what is described in their size chart. Following their chart i bought a size 40 but I need a 44 and no way to contact them for an exchange.
I love the color of the lehenga, Its not very heavy and very easy to carry. My blouse though is too big.
Very easy to buy, i wish there were more colors and designs. Otherwise whatever i could find was good
