Promptly reaching out to customer service, they swiftly furnished the necessary delivery and tracking information, a crucial aspect of online orders. Despite this hiccup, I find myself drawn to Fabricoz's product range and would certainly consider purchasing from them again.

Their custom stitching policy for return or exchange sucks big time. They ruined 2 orders for me total money spent was 350. Now they're offering to refund only the stitching fee which is $25 for each! Like what in the actual F!

Horrible experience with these fraudsters. Ordered dress on 4th jan 2021 with garment measurement provided. When it's arrived, it's 2 inches loose on the whole and no lining in sleeves as given instruction while ordering. Sleeves are 4 inches short. Multiple emails to them asking about this since 21/1/2021 and still no reply from them. Pathetic customer service. Very quick to answer on messenger when ordering but silent when asked about issue with order. Even PayPal will provide no buyer protection with these scammers. Never again will I order from them
