Hi, I bought a saree and a matching accessory, for around 150$ in 2012 june month. I was promised a free gift for each item I placed, so I was prompted to choose a bangle/bracelet or earing. I happened to choose 2 of them. But I dint receive the free gifts. When questioned they said it will come in the next order and they stated they missed sending it out. The customer care was horrible.
The saree looked little dull than what it was in the site, but it was not that bad.

So a year later I recently placed an order for 150$ and told them about the free gift, now the customer care told missed out free gifts cannot be shipped. They were so rude. So I told them to cancel the order, if you people are not loyal to customers.
So I had my order cancelled.
PLEASE BE AWAY FROM THIS SITE. They are CHEATERS and HAVE LEAST RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
I DOUBT WHETHER I WILL GET MY REFUND FOR THE CANCELLED ORDER, ITS MORE THAN A WEEK, AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND

I trusted the image what they are showing, Bought Stuff paying 7.5 k. Yaa, I got a great f*ck.

First they delivered the items after 25 days. In between we had a mail trail of 15-18. They didn't respond within a day or two even. But the rocking part is yet to come.

After 25 days when I got the parcel, at my home I open it up.

The necklace that i got for what they charged me 1300 bucks that I would get from my local beauty store by giving him 120 bucks. Haha. Even the stones were lying in the box apart from the $#*!ty necklace.

The Kurta for what they have charged me 2600 bucks, I can get it from any "Punjabi Store" by paying even 1000 bucks. Also its not fitting well even I have mentioned the size, they gave us a free size.

The saree for what I payed for 3500 bucks, that also you can get from any local garments store. Even it was also not worth near to that cost.

After ripping my hair again I mailed them and asked for refunding the money and returning the items. The funny part is they told me we cant pay you the money back but we can give you cash card of same amount. Means so that again I can waste my time on their $#*!ty site and get even $#*!ty products. So I gave them a big "Ram Selam" and simply walked away.

We don't make the same mistakes r8? So we can wait for flipkart, Myntra, jabong, and Snapdeals kind of sites to come up with these ethnic collections and we can smoothly bypass these fraud sites.

Meanwhile still we can visit "Manyavar" to get quality products paying them the reasonable price. Thanks for reading my review, and please advice your friends and family to not get cheated either. Thanks again.

Utsav is THE WORST -- do yourself a favor and stay away at all costs. I ordered a sari from them for my wedding and was assured that I would receive it weeks in advance. It kept getting delayed and delayed and they would never tell me why. They kept saying "it's on it's way." Then the WEEK before my wedding I get an email saying, "sorry, the sari is damaged so we cannot ship it. Why don't you pick another one?" Thank goodness I had bought another sari already because I didn't trust them to get me the one I ordered, otherwise I would have been left with nothing to wear. My mother has also ordered from them and had a horrible experience. They keep delaying shipping by asking ridiculous questions like, "sorry we don't have enough fabric to make the sleeves like you want so can you get 1 inch sleeves instead?" If I wanted one inch sleeves, I would have asked for them to begin with, and how do you run out of fabric when you're manufacturing so many saris? Absolutely absurd!

The customer services is absolutely disguising! I bought 4 sarees for my bridesmaid, All 4 sarees were too short for my very short sister. It sat way above her ankle and when I tried to contact them I didn't get a response for 3 days and even then it was only to say that they will check the same and get back to me in 24hours! Whatever that means. When I contacted their online chat, i spoke to Sujit who was very rude and wouldn't tell me anything until I sent him photos of the measurements even though he had told me how wide a saree was meant to be and my sarees were 20-30cm shorter than that. He wouldn't wait online while I sent him the pictures as apparently it takes him 15minutes to recieve the mail in the inbox and he can't check the mail and stay on chat. When I demanded he contact me back once he's recived the email, he informed me that they may email me and if not then they may call me! I'm still waiting. In the meantime I have no time to send these back and wait for them to send me new ones before my wedding! Never again! $718 later I don't have one saree that is useful and i've been told to wait...

I ordered two sarees from this site. I was informed about the "possible" duty tax after my order was placed. I inquired about how much the tax would be and I was told that the staff has no idea. I went ahead with the purchase and recieved an invoice for duty tax for over 30%! My order totaled £125 and i was invoiced for £45 for tax! Considering the price of the items, they did not seem of high quality but returning would be costly and i would still be liable for the tax. I wouldnt recommend this site as the prices are not clear and further "add-ons" including tax, do not make this a cost effective option for quality indian sarees.

I bought sari because it looked beautiful in the picture. When i received it. Piece of junk. They didn't make the blouse as requested. Plus i had pay $40 for the custom tax. I am so disappointed. I ordered for the first time on line and was excited about. Have a big wedding coming up and all the ladies in family were excited to see my sari so they could order some, too. Well, that's not happening any more Mr. Utsav... you sold me junk for almost $200. I so unhappy i list my appetite over this stupid piece of junk... junk junk junk... they sell junk.

The worst experience ever. It would be fine with me for late delivery and good quality specially if I order before the occasion couple months ahead. But the problem is after paying and waiting for few weeks I receive and email saying that the item is not available anymore and I need to pick up another item that happened to me several times. And I had an order for my sister for her own wedding and they cancelled the order saying that they can't ship the items.
Unfortunately, good quality items but not organized at all and you will waist your time with them

Its utsavfashion.com right now and its horrible. FIrst two times I had ordered there, I got the reply of " sorry it is out of stock so pick something else or we can return your money". With the lack of indian stores in Canada and thinking 3rd time is the charm, I ordered once more and 1 and a half months later, finally got my order. And the custom duty fee, they are not willing to pay that for you so you have to pay it when you receive your package by ups (aka extra money added to this bull$#*!). The only reason I am giving this a 1 star is because I can't find too many websites that have the variety they do. They allow your to change the neckline, the back and everything to your liking. The end result of stitching is good but if you are willing to put up with bs and wait almost two months and pay extra money for cross border fee because they wont, then utsavfashion.com is for you.

I have ordered a saree with these guys and they have shipped the wrong design of the saree. After I sent them the images of the received saree, they offered me to keep the saree and a 15% discount with the next item. Since I was not interested in the design i wanted my original item or my money back. But these guys are asking me to pay for the shipping charges even though there is no fault from my side. For them being shipped the wrong item I have to pay them the shipping charges to get my correct ordered item. They are the cheaters altogether. I have the proof of them accepting they shipped the wrong item and also their policy in the website says it is their responsibility to ship the replacement item if they ship the wrong item. Can’t we put a complaint in any consumer court?

I have ordered many sarees from utsav &apart from ONE I have had problems with all the shipments or the quality of the sarees. One saree ordered was a white on white net &the saree sent was white with BEIGE work with marks on it(pictures to prove) I had to send emails backward/orwards for them to even consider me for a refund! They offered me 15% off on the saree when the quality was soooo bad and the totallt the wrong saree, they eveb told ME to dry clean the stains! They really struggle to give reunds. Another saree took two months for them to tell me it was no longer available and to choose another saree! MASSIVE STRESS-AVOID

Guys don't buy from utsavsarees this website only sells damaged product
See below item the lower part pallu of saree is torn and when you buy they will only sell this
I have got 3 used damaged product and they did not refund fraud website

Trust me this website only cheats they don't send items and when they send its only damaged i think they buy used products and then sell online

I have ordered from this site on two occasions (all in a span of one month) I chatted online with them to see if they had the items in stock that I wanted - they let me know within a day if they had it. Received everything within 2wks (5 sarees & salwars)
All the stitching was right. Very good selection on the sarees and suits, plus you get a free gift with them as well. Before I forget look up a coupon code for them - save yourself $10.

I've ordered some things that actually came in my right measurements (not all have; a bit upsetting). Some things have turned out beautifull, but i'm still waiting on two orders that should've been delivered two weeks ago... I'm sick of ordering from them and being scared every single time whether there will be a problem and i'll have to fight to get my money back. Once after 2.5 months, after emailing them twice, they finally emailed me back saying my outfit was destroyed in a fire, even though i'm pretty sure they sold out and did other peoples orders before mine bc i ordered it the day it was put up as a "new arrival" and said i was the 2sn to order... yet... 4 ppl that ordered days/weeks after me put up reviews w the same item saying they received it, bla bla. Why the lies? I shouldn't have to feel insecure about who i'm purchasing from. I'm going to go elsewhere from now on, I spent 700$ in one year, that's enough. Too much disappointment.
