I had few expectations since I was buying a product from a site I used for the first time and from a foreign country. However, I was impressed by how quick they were at responding to my inquiries. The product was beyond my expectation and I can not wait to try it on my big DAY.

The site was easy to navigate and the saree came as beautiful as it was shown on the website. Had many compliments which made me very happy with the purchase.

Experience was smooth sailing. Items took exactly 1 week to arrive from the date I ordered. Item is as described! Really awesome experience!

Nice material and embroidery, quick shipping. Bought an adult size and kid size for matching outfits, and both were liked.

The lehenga and jewelry I bought are all very beautiful. However, the choli measurements are not according to the ones I sent to Utsav Fashion for a customized choli. I received an extra big choli that I will need to fix myself before the wedding and running out of time. Also, other Indian companies manage themselves everything related to the delivery of the dress, while Utsav does not.

From the time the order was finalized, the process was smooth. The dress arrived in time and met my expectations. However, I faced one challenge. I found a lower price for the same item on a different site. Initial exchanges to match the price as per Utsav's website were painful. They made me take screenshots and had me submit a lot of info, only to find that they barely gave me any discount saying it wouldn't be viable. My suggestion is to remove such advertising from the website as it is misleading.

Though overall customer service was efficient and quick to respond, I can't say the same for the product received. I submitted my measurement for slim shoulder sleeve (the sleeveless sleeve's width) but received the normal width for the sleeveless sleeve instead. The broad sleeve width not only makes the armhole tighter and uncomfortable, but it also ruins the whole overall look as it looks nothing like the picture - I have to send it for alteration in my country which cost me extra time and money. The saree in the picture looks regal but the one I received looks coarse and not as fluid as pictured.

A bit confusing when it comes to checkout as it caused me some panic when I keep getting redirected to 'paypal' page when I select to pay with credit card. Only after chatting on live chat with your agent did she clarify that I have to pay with my credit card through PayPal.

Hello, this is my first time shopping with Utsav. The photo looked great: style, color was the same. But the fit was terrible - not at all the size I requested. I have to pay for alterations for the kurta.
I can't even begin to describe how horrible the pant style is. The pants were hastily stitched and fit like a sack. I will also have to pay for alterations. Hopefully, I can wear the kurta and pants. It is not worth the expense shipping back and forth or ordering a new one. Very disappointed in the product.

Ordered several of the same outfits. Overall very positive experience. There was good communication via chat and email. Clothes purchased were overall good quality. One issue we have is zip on blouse broke on most of the blouses ordered (7 same outfits ordered total) so had to get that fixed / changed.

I am very happy with my order, it is beautiful both for color and material. The fit is 100% accurate with was a pleasant surprise. Ordering online was not very intuitive, while it asked about my size before submitting the transaction, I received two emails asking about my size. I was concerned there was information missing despite multiple communications. And the delivery time was not entirely clear which is understandable given it involved international transit.
Lastly a bit unprofessional to subscribe my email to newsletter without asking me and very difficult process to unsubscribe.

Utsav fashion has the best most polite and courteous customer service of all the online Indian clothing websites. The Salwer Kameez I purchased is exactly as it is advertised. Very nice soft crepe material and beautiful print. My only concern is the Salwer online shows a style with handkerchief hem. They failed to create this style. The Salwer they sent me is a loose V shape palazzo pant. It is not a flattering look at all.

I was happy with the communication and detail given to my order for 11 costumes for my group. The customer service representative was very attentive and detail oriented. They gave everything at a good price. Only issue is that the back-and-forth on email took several days because of time difference with the US and the time lag in checking on items.
