They were totally unprofessional! Customer service was terrible! Hat quality not good at all, took a million years to arrive. And when I tried to get my refund, they only gave me half, and the other they didn't send to me, but told me that they did, and stuck to their story until I threaten legal action, NEVER BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!

The Website displays attractive clothing and has a pleasant appearance. So I got Kurti Sets from here, and the item arrived in fine condition, but the fabric is extremely thin. Very Disappointed.

I ordered shalwar kamiz and paid extra for fitting. And when it arrived it was way too small and ripped off on first try. Quality and color not as it saw in pictures.

I ordered 7 items recently from Utsav. All great quality. Customer service is good. The negative:
Each item is shipped separately and Fedex charges on each item shipped as a result. If they had consolodated my order i wouldn't have had to pay such hefty duties and taxes. My orders ended up costing almost 50% more as a result. Also, items were not received in a timely manner. Each item took over 3-4 weeks to get here. Still waiting on one. When i order from other India sites. They are delivered through DHL and in my past 10 orders i have only paid duty twice and it was minimal. Fedex charges $40 minimum on each of my shipments. Ridiculous! Although i loved my orders, I will not be ordering from Utsav again due to extra costs.

Some Dresses are very unreasonable price. Other sites sell them for a much cheaper price. Not punching anymore

I ordered 2 salwar kameez from the site and I got one after a month wait, (I was okay with the wait and was looking forward eagerly for the product). I had ordered it "stitch to fit" for it, paid $18 extra for it but ALAS the fitting sucks... my soaring excitement, took a plunging dive.
They just reconfirmed the opinion, Indian wear are not meant for online ordering. :(
I could not even get in it. I had submitted the measurements as were asked on the site and I have definitely gone fatter or thinner in a month.
See the image below, while churidaar has a lil bit too much breathing space, the top has no breathing space. This pic with the back zip slightly left open, that is only it i could put it on.
They should have mentioned if they wanted me to add 1-2 inches as fitting inches to my measurements. Its such a waste of money. As it is they are expensive when you buy them online vs if you are buying it when visiting India.
Now I am eagerly waiting for the next one, this one I ordered as standard Medium size and NOT custom stitch ( still paid $15 extra for it). Fingers crossed, hope it works. Will keep you guys updated.
The quality of material used and stitching does are all very good with lining and starched completed, that is why I had to give 2 starts, but sadly they are of no use to me as it does not fit.

The quality of the material and the workmanship of the embroidery and mirror work is very poor. The colors of the dupatta do not even match the abaya. Overall looks like a cheap price of tinsel bought for 160 usd. The dress cannot be used or worn. I'll have to throw it in garbage

My order worth ******* rupees is a total disaster. Very disappointed with this website. All I can say is don't purchase, making people fooled.

Please do not order from this site. They post only the front of the garment and then send you a plain back/unfinished garment! They tell you they can send you photos only after you order then they tell you photos are not available! I was told I could cancel my order and have been writing them since it was placed to get the photos promised! Now I need to cancel the order and receive a refund and they stopped responding to my emails! I thought this site was trustworthy, I was wrong! UTSAV FASHION, please cancel my order and issue my refund to me immediately! I contacted you with concerns wishing 24 hours and have had no luck! I was told my order was placed on hold and was not being processed, so my refund should be easy to complete!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a size up (44) for a men's pyjamas because I wanted to ensure a comfortable fit. When I received the product the tag says a size 44 is actually 48 inches, 6 inches too wide for the friend I wished to gift it to who is a size 42. Nowhere in the description does it mention that many additional inches. I concede I did not wait the full 24 hours to my email response about this but they'd answered so quickly before via chat I did that. When I inquired about an exchange I was told there was a $25 restocking fee and I could use the remaining balance towards credit on an existing product, in this case the men's silk kurta pyjama in the size 42. No where is a restocking fee listed on the site, not even under "Returns". It sounded like I would need to pay shipping for the delivery of the exchanged product which I fully expected; I'll never know because they never contacted me back over live chat after waiting 30 minutes when I pointed these things out. When I call the number listed on the site it hangs up after one ring. My bad for not reading the reviews first. As for the quality of the product it's quite good but not impeccable. Good for the price. I wish the quality of fabric was more comparable to what the pic on the site looked like. The embroidery is stitched into the fabric versus on top of it. The buttons are good quality. The overall stitching is almost impeccable. There's some uneven cut fabric but its slight and on the inside, the wearer wouldn't even notice. The top has really well designed, almost invisibly stitched and very discreet pockets. I just regret that my friend may not be able to enjoy it properly.
