Unethical, unprofessional joint with no professional integrity. I order 2 Dhoti kurtas, one was delivered, the second never came. I have been chasing for over a month now. Nothing. Sometimes they claim holidays, on other occasions quality control. They have no consideration for other people's time & money. Stay away from this dodgy mob. Once they have your money, they pretty much do what they like. They just bring a bad name to Indian businesses doing the right thing.
Ridiculous. Placed an order a month ago and never shipped. I had to follow up 10 times and they replied saying after a month the item is not available. Didn't even get a refund on my card, got a store credit that i am never going to use. Never order from this business!
I was hesitant to order form the website, but after reading several reviews, the awesome prices seemed worth a shot. I saw many comments about everything running small, so I ordered it a size larger than I normally would, and it fit perfectly. I'm very happy with this website, and I'll definitely order from there again.

The cost to return is almost as much as the cost of the item. USA customers should just avoid this company unless you never make a mistake. Sizes run quite small so you are very likely to get something way too small and then you cannot return it. Forget it

I am hooked on Utsav and the variety of lehengas- i save many to my favorites list and continue to pour over the pages and pages of choices. I would give five stars if the skirt zippers were consistently high quality every time- 2 out of 10 zippers had to be replaced. Looking forward to new colors and designs. Would like to find a beautiful one in a hot or bright purple with gold embroidery-hmmm... will keep looking! Also I have 3 more I just purchased that are on the way! Yay!
