Though the order process and service was great the lengha I ordered did not match to the picture and description given. The fabric amount will not allow me to make a suitable lengha and not close to the picture on the site.

The zip on my dress was jammed at the top of the collar. I could not get it to work and as a result, I have not been able to still even try my dress on. Customer service on the chat option was nice and told me to find a local tailor to help to fix that and I will be reimbursed? I'm still looking for a tailor and it is not acceptable to send products that are defective. Please double check your products before mailing since you took a long time to mail it as well. I was going to be a return customer because I liked more dresses advertised. But now I am very hesitant as I can't trust the quality. But the people on the chat option are very professional and polite.

Fits great! The details in embroidery is impressive and the item arrived well packed.
Necklace set that I ordered was perfect. It looked exactly same as shown in the pic. I wore for reception and looked very nice. It was at reasonable price but only downside was I had to pay almost same price as necklace for shipping as well.
