Exchange due to size difference was very complicated but all other factors were great

I ordered a navy blue sequined saree. It looks just like the picture and it arrived right on time.
I ordered set of bangles. In the picture, the middle thick bangle was gold colored. What they sent was white. I didn't like it at all.
I've shopped with utsaav before but this time I was disappointed. I bought a jewelry set that came in a beautiful package but a few of the beads fell off. Thankfully they were in the packaging so I had to attach it myself. Also I purchased a lengha set in a standard 34 which is my perfect size and I put that I am shorter than I actually am to prevent the dress from being too long. I ended up receiving a top that was way too big. About a size 40. Big everywhere. I have to now get it tailored. The dress was too long even with heels which was not my intention anyway. This also has to be tailored. Overall cannot wear outfit as purchased. However shipping was fast so I appreciate that.
I have ordered ready to ship.lehenga for an event in april 11th. Today is may 1st and havent received it yet. After back and forth emails i am.hopijg they will send it now or at this point I want to cancel the order
I like the suit very much, but the color is much darker than pictured--looks more black than navy blue.

Felt unfair to pay $50 for a set and then it arrives broken!
Size doesnt fit despite me selecting the right size for my normal clothes, arm section was so tight. Material was see through

The product was as described and quality was very good aswell. More importantly, I loved the customer service. I ordered the wrong size and realized it when it arrived, when I reached out to Utsav, they responded quickly, ram through the exchange process and I had the right size delivered to me quite quickly (thank you guys!).
Stitching of my wrap skirt they messed up and they have the worst return policy for US customers where you pay 19$
