Great outfits, excellent products, packaging was great and secured
Order was on time and fits perfectly however I gave 4 stars because Utsav tried to argue with me and insist that my measurements were something other than what I submitted because of the standards that they felt were correct according to my bust size but everyone is built different and finally my measurements were accepted and thankfully they were because the garment fits perfectly.
For the first time, I'm Not impressed at all with my saree. Very disappointed
I ordered several items and as soon as I told them I needed it asap, everything was organised immediately for delivery within 8 days.

I am a valued customer and have purchased so many outfits through utsav and the first time I asked for a return request to be processed they are giving gay h a hard time. The cut and fit was not right for me and so I wanted a return. All tags in tact never worn. They keep asking for pictures and to show where it doesn't fit. Wow what nonsense. I am very disappointed with their treatment of a valued customer.
The fit and the product was worth the price and it was a good experience.
Was not particularly pleased with the lengha drawstring at the waist, should have a covered waistband. This made the outfit looked like it was lacking some decor from the waist, ended up costing ******* rupees. Now I have to buy additional edging to make it complete.
The top Kurta length is big, like a gown length. It covers my whole salwar and length up to my feet. But in the Utsav posted picture, I can see the bottom end portion of salwar. I sent a message with order that I am 5'4" tall. Salwa kameez color doesn't match exactly. Dupatta is beautiful.
I wish I were born in Indian. I'm so fascinated by India's multiculture and multi-dialects. I wish I could go there. I'm just a white girl from Ohio, USA. I like to wear Indian/Pakistani clothes. I hope that's not offensive. Thank you to the people at Utsave fashion.

I bought a rust orange graduent lehenga. It's absolutely beautiful and fits me perfectly. I'm 5'11" and it still comes down over my feet, so I'm able to wear heels!
