1.One thing I wish Utsav Fashion would improve is the number of pics available for every product. When you are buying online, you are solely relying on pics, so have pics of front and back, in different light settings and different backgrounds.
2. Customization options. Most Indian women are petite and require some hemming for most tops...that option is practically missing, also option to choose blouse design, length of sleeves and attachable sleeves for sleeveless dress will be appreciated.
3. Shipping charges are high. Charges are per item. Which means even if you buy 3 items of $50 each, you end up paying shipping on all 3 whether your order together or separately. There should be free international shipping of total order is $100 or more.
4. Option to ship goods to India for free, so that you can send presents to your family during special occassion.

The quality of the product was grt. Delivery was on time. I only wish your stiching wd be a bot better. Seems sloppy every tine I hv ordered something, less than professional.

This is my second time ordering. The clothes are always high quality and beautiful! I would recommend purchasing from Utsav Fashion to anyone seeking a ethnic experience.

I originally ordered this beautiful pink lehenga. Post order, i got an email telling me it wasn't available in the size i wanted, also the choli will only be 13 inches. So i was rightfully angry. So i reached out to them via facebook, and once i did that, the customer service became impeccable. I picked another dress, gave them my size, and asked for pictures of the lehenga, and lemme tell you, it's beautiful. I assumed it would be like the other sites, like cbazaar or mirraw, with the nice pictures and really bad quality -- but the lehenga is stunning, the make is amazing, everything went a *******% above my expectations. Not only that, my aunt, my cousin, my mom are all buying dresses from here. I'm gonna order a stitched sari next and we'll see how that comes out. But i'm so impressed. Im amazed at how beautiful the lehenga is. And they include all the cancans and stuff, so don't worry.

I needed this outfit for my brother's wedding event and spoke to customer service to see if they could send it to me earlier. I received the item within 12 days of ordering, and the quality of the work is incredible! The photos do not do justice to the actual lehenga. I'm already looking for outfits for the next events 😌
