Over all it is ok. Not happy with the material but the design shown in the website is same.
I ordered a neckpiece but it didn't match my saree. I asked for replacement but realised that the return window had closed. The customer care ppl obliged by allowing out of turn exchange. The new item was promptly delivered.

Shipping delayed
We received the lehanga in good condition. The blouse neck is too big. Otherwise lehanga is good. I wish lehanga is more wider. Quality is good and everything is as shown in the picture. Nice buy

But, I was extremely disappointed with delay in shipment. The reason for this feedback is as follows. I had placed my order on dec 08 and received it only on dec 21. Upon checking the tracking number associated with my shipment, I found that it was stuck in France for 7 days!
Need such long delays to be eliminated in future shipments by utsav.
Good choices available for all shopping needs. Shipping & billing could have more clarity. Instead of stating "ships within" certain amount of days, could instead indicated estimated date of arrival at the customers address.
Buying with Utsav was a pleasant experience. I had reservations about receiving my items on time but the customer service associate was accommodating and made sure I received my order before time. Very impressed customer.

1. The wonderful shopping experience - their website is very user-friendly
2. Website description of the product - I ordered a saree with a stitched blouse. The description of the material of the fabric and the size chart is correct and I have no complaints whatsoever.
3. Timely shipping & effective communication regarding the order - I didn't have to contact them even once
4. Value for money- As I mentioned earlier I ordered a low ticket item but even then, I don't think I would have felt sad to pay more for the quality of product that I have received

My shopping experience was excellent in everyway. I ordered and turban that did not fir me properly (size 22), these things happen, but they were able to get me a different turban (size 23) that fit perfectly. My guests thought I was a sultan or prince and that was an opportunity for me to educate them about turbans and your products. Most importantly, I received it before my event! I will be ordering more clothes from this site.
