Suggestion:
The checkout process needs to be more clear. If we can pay without Paypal, that option should be available on the checkout screen without having to go through the links for Paypal to get to that option. The website for payment can be more clear.

I received this lehenga a few days ago. My expected delivery date was quite late, but I requested early delivery, and they sent me the item before that. As for the product, it is beautiful, but a few things do not match the actual online picture. After seeing the fabric, it seems a bit overpriced.
I had to change the size an hour after I placed the order. The customer service team changed the size and the kurtas fit great! Definitely ordering from Utsav again.
Size does not match. I wanted 54 size for all but did not get anything on that size
I ordered the men's pink embroidered art silk jodhpuri suit. It was exactly as described and fits perfectly. Shipping was also very fast to the US.

Pros: fast delivery in time, tracking id provided for shipment, review or feedback form follow up. What we see is what i got. Colors were same, dupatta was good, blouse was good but providing a zip on the side was tough to work and in description it was not provided during selection, i would have preferred back hooks instead. The blouse kept on pulling up and was loose. I wish they provide us a form where all the measurements are taken correctly and stitched correctly when its charged so much.
Cons: Stitching could have been better, not very great at lehenga, it was not straight stitch, i could see pulling of the stitch at places. The inner material used was cheap in skirt, the measurements were not aptly taken or stitched, height was not sufficient, i wish it was elastic at waist but i was provided with very thin naada.
Item received was as expected and of great quality and delivery was quick considering it was coming from India to US.
So grateful to find this company who was able to prestitch the saree I needed for a wedding I am attending without a huge price tag!
