Ich bestellte „Hand Embroidered Viscose Silk Pakistani Suit in Teal Blue" und „Embroidered Rayon Anarkali Suit in Peach". Ich bin mit den beiden Salwars sehr zufrieden. Bei der Lieferung mit FedEx kam es zu einer Komplikation, weil der Fahrer offenbar Hausnummer 53 mit 59 verwechselt hat. Ich sah zwar auf dem Foto, dass er das Paket abgelegt hat, aber es war nicht bei mir. Ich musste von Haus zu Haus gehen, und die Haustüre suchen, die auf dem Foto abgebildet war. Aber das war nicht die Schuld von dem Team von Utsav.
I ordered a cute yellow Shaharra set for my daughter. The pants I received were not the same as pictured. I appreciate that they did offer me a VERY little money back but this was not what I was expecting and was therefore disappointed. I did not have time to reorder another outfit for my event. The item was a knock-off. The pants pictured on the website were shirred fabric, very voluminous. The pants I received were not shirred and short as well. The gold lace did not look great up close as well. Gold lace was cheap looking.
I bought an abaya suit from Utsav fashion and the expected shipping date moved from the given date to a week later however the Utsav fashion team ensured I got my suit in time for my occasion. Thank you so much team, you made my day!

The outfits I ordered were even more beautiful in person. Everything was packed beautifully and professionally delivered. The fabric, threadwork, embroidery and stitching were perfect. I've been shopping at Utsav for more than 10 years and everything is always amazing. I just wish that Utsav would bring back the thank you gift they used to include with each order. It was usually a selection of earrings or necklaces.
I think my measurements were a little off. Colors are gorgeous & while it was easy to pick my sizing, I have never worn this type of outfit before.
My purchases from Uttar everytime are awesome only issue is with the colour and blouse design which has shown in the pick has not delivered the same style.
I love the saree and suits that came in. Delivery service to communication was efficient. All items arrived early or were promised before time and were satisfied with service. Thank you utsav will definitely place an order again.
The shoes I ordered don't fit. I ordered US Size 9 which I always wear but the shoes are much bigger. Being a US shopper it's too difficult to return. One of the Kurta fits well but the other is really large for me even though they are the same size. Needs to be more standardized sizes.

I purchased four items. The quality of 2 items was as advertised, the quality of the other two items was much inferior. The purchasing aspect was very smooth, but returns seem to be very difficult and they offer store credit instead of a refund which I don't think is appropriate. Next time, I would buy from a website that makes returns a lot easier.
