The service provided was above and beyond as I thought the saree will not reach me in time but they made sure I get it.
Package came very late even though it said it would be here in 5-6 days.
To order was great, but when to go to check out the charge were gone up when inquired via chat line they were difficult to why this changes for, they explain it was shipping and handling, but explain they they were free shipping. Was not happy at all.
Good products. Pictures and product look almost same.great service and arrived on time as promised.
Good experience so far. Though there was a delay in quality checks and shipping, but I was timely informed about the status and kept informed when the product shipped. Sarees are up to the expectation. I would love to see more collections and variety to choose from next time.

I was promised delivery before my event and they made it happen. Unbelievable how quickly they can get a shipment through UPS from India to the US. We loved all the outfits and have no complaints. Only suggestion is that men allow extra inches on measurements. Woman's outfits allowed to adjust accordingly.
My shopping experience was good. My first experience with pre-stitched saree was not that great because the pallu portion was left pretty short. Pallu cannot be pleated at all because of the length and even for free flowing it is relatively short. I won't be going with pre- stitched option after this, as customer should have the choice of pallu style with correct length.
This is mine second time ordering some Kurtis. The collection and the materials is extremely good perfect value for money.
