I am satisfied overall with my purchase. Customer service was professional and prompt. The only suggestion I would like to give is to include full pictures of the outfits. The sleeve portion of one my order was not visible due to the dupatta covering it. After receiving the order I wasn't too fond of the sleeve and moreover it was very itchy. Had I known or seen the sleeve in the picture, I wouldn't have bought that particular item.

The Saree on the website said kanchivaram but when I received it it was not a kanchivaram saree. I am very disappointed.
I ordered an outfit last year and one of my shoulder straps broke right before I left for the party. I ordered another suit at the end of 2024 and the stitching in the side of the bottom was already coming off
Lovely outfit. Just what I wanted. Ordered on the 1st December got it on the 31st December UK. Was in no rush for it.
