The service was amazing! I had a particular and special request for my order and they were able to complete it without any issues. The customer service was great with quick email responses. I used a company called Manyavar before this and not only did I lose $600 because they would not exchange my product, but I was told I had to ship it to a family member in India and then they would pick up from there. What kind of Policy is that? I 100% will be shopping at Utsav for all my future needs. A great product and team. Much better prices too!
I ordered a pink nehru jacket from Utsav fashion and it arrived on time without any problems. The jacket fits me perfectly and I was very happy with the service 🙂. I would readily buy again and would recommend as well.
The sizing for two of the outfits was off but outside of that, everything was great. And quality of material was great!

Please improve coomunication ways... because many of the people like me wants to know and discuss about the fitting and many more issue to purchase more... but there is no option to talk with you guys... I think many people / customer like me having the same issue...
Except material, shopping experience, we have concern on delivery method and partner. He has not made it doorstep. He asked to pickup it from office.
