The courier used by utsav Fedex is very bad,they make you pay extra charges,I ordered something from another company CBAZAAR I did not pay a dollar for clearance or anything Utsav stop using Fedex please. Also the product I got was not to my satisfaction and very shiny unlike from online picture.
There service is good but some time the quality of the fabrics not good. And if you try to return any item it's a headache, because they don't clearly mention shipping cost. They give you story who's responsible and how there company is not etc…you end of paying more to return then the actually cost of the item.
Excellent site, was able to get a full refund from a terrible scam company in china called 'light in the box' After writing a review, how bad light in the box was. Not refunding when the goods have been sent back and very poor quality goods!

My experience was good I wanted a zipper on side of the shalwar but the design couldn't do it but overall the outfit is beautiful
It looked great in person although a little different then the image. The saree was made of hard net and I was hoping from the image, it would be a software net or other better quality material. Nonetheless, the shipping was very fast.
