I was happy with the communication and detail given to my order for 11 costumes for my group. The customer service representative was very attentive and detail oriented. They gave everything at a good price. Only issue is that the back-and-forth on email took several days because of time difference with the US and the time lag in checking on items.

The textures of my items were rough and the buttons were in plastic. I was expecting received the buttons of fabric or metal, besides I thought that the texture was softer.
Unsatisfied, with the delivery service and no one I spoke to could give me a direct answer. I was send, transfered to a few places before I got what I needed. Then I was told, that I would receive the package that day but got it two days later.
