I purchased an All-American 5 stage reverse osmosis system with permeate pump. Upon startup total dissolved solids, TDS, went from 288 to 86 parts per million. I thought should have done much better, perhaps in the 10 to 20 parts per million range. Directions to install we're fairly good, but they did not supply any elbows or other fittings for the various size lines. As a result, the various water lines ranging in size from 1/4 inch to 3/8 of an inch looks like spaghetti because you must have large radius turns for any directional changes. I also did not like the plastic structure upon which the filters are mounted because it is flexible, Bends easily and is weak;. My guess is this will crack in the future as cheap plastic normally does. All in all, it's slightly above-average reverse osmosis system in terms of performance and ease of installation. The wastewater, or brine out discharge line, was supplied with fairly enough length to make it to the discharge piping! The positives are that they have exceptional staff and help, including instructional videos available online, and one can be assured that the quality of the products will not contaminate the water because it is not made in China or overseas in which they do not operate under the same set of material standards and manufacturing requirements per us law. Would I purchase this product again, yes I would, but it does have some deficiencies and it is clearly not a five Star product. Is it above average, yes. Long-term performance will guide me as to whether or not this long-term rating changes over time.

When I made the purchase I was promised that they have dedicated customer service that would go step by step to assist in installation and troubleshooting issues, fact is they have rude guys who treat you like you just woke them up from sleep and try to dismiss your issues, they even suggested that I go hire a third party company to come and diagnose my problem. They also convinced me to buy a additional filter that I don't need. I wouldn't buy this system if I knew what I know now

Ryan from Beauchamp has gone out of his way to make sure we have the right system for our home. He is patient and informative on what his company can do for your water needs. He took time to educate us on their equipment and how to maintain each system available. He never tried to up sell us anything unnecessary. We strongly recommend going to Beauchamp for your water solution needs.

Placed an order, never shipped after 2+ weeks. Each time I called and waited to speak to someone, the person answering would 1/ think I was someone else based on the CRM system they use and 2/ not know the reason for the order not shipping out. Also, all emails to Customer Service were never responded to

I order my consumables via subscription. It's nice to get a discount for that. On a Friday afternoon I had to accelerate a subscription purchase to Monday (I did it online). US Water promptly processed it early morning Monday and my order arrived Wednesday. I am very happy with the subscription service.

I've purchased a water softener, drinking water and RO system and I've had positive results for these 3 items. I was missing an item once and customer service responded immediately and I had item in a few days. With these results I will keep my water purchases at US Water. Thank you, Mike

We found that the selection process for RO units is a minefield. Most impartial reviews identify the same units/companies that appear to match a fairly well defined set of consumer/buyer criteria. The US Water unit is not evaluated? The criteria include acceptable quality, function well, easy to install, and are reasonably priced. The technical data for the systems rarely address where the unit is made only where it may have been assembled (In the US usually of Chinese or Taiwanese parts), little or no information about use of proprietary filters, and the guarantee is usually 1 year although some say 3 years. So you read through the significant complaints or weak points for these units and comments include: leaky filter assemblies due to cracks, broken plastic valves or fittings, or they waste too much water. You will read in some of the reviews that the units should provide good service for 2-3 years when you can then buy another unit... really?

Ok so we purchased US Water because it has a history of great reviews. Dealing with the representative was easy and straightforward. He answered all my questions and then some. This unit did not appear to be sold on Amazon although some other retail outlets may handle some of their products. The source of the great reviews are that they have an all US manufactured unit albeit with quality fittings from a UK manufacturer based in the US. We wanted to spend the money at home not in China and have that reflected in quality and years of service. Also we wanted a system that could receive industry standard filters and components. So we will see how the shipping and installation go forward and will review the unit operation when operable. Like many purchasers we only have the information that is available on line and depend on company integrity, customer reviews and impartial commercial ratings to make a sound decision. If there is any wrong or misinformation in the decision chain then our choice may not be the best one.

Purchased Memorial weekend 2022, as they sent flier giving you a 5% discount and Free shipping. Should of ran then as they did not give free shipping. Was told it was a miss print and they were changing their flier.
Received unit (4000 GPD Defender) in 3 weeks on June 17th, which I thought was great.
Started system up on June 27th, 2022 after re-plumbing/wiring home. The UV light did not work and system water flow would not shut off (waste water). Spent 3 days trying to get in touch with of someone. When finally connected with someone, the water flow issue was an easy 20 minute fix (their solenoid had building materials holding diaphragm open from factory). Was told they would send new key Fab and Controller for UV light the next day.
After waiting 2 weeks and no parts I called again. Was told they were waiting for me to submit postage (for their faulty part) which they never mentioned when I had them on the phone. After 2 weeks I received just the FAB for the controller and no controller, as they said they were sending. Of coarse that did not fix the problem and had to call them again. After another 3 weeks I received the controller and that fixed the problem. Total time of 7 weeks waiting. August 12th UV light finally working.
I Got 26 days of use from unit until and pump and motor shut down. Called again on Sept. 8th and was told parts would be shipped by the weekend (the 10th). Called to follow up on Monday the 12th with no response. Called again Sept 13th and was told parts would be shipped that day. Received no tracking information by the 17th so called again and was told the parts were there and would be shipped Monday the 19th.
On the 21st Sept. I emailed them for a Return Authorization number so I could ship the whole unit back to them, as they seem to tell you what they think you want to hear, then do not follow through. I have better use for *******. 00
That afternoon I was told that parts were being shipped, but I have yet to receive any tracking information.
I Could not and will not recommend this company to anyone. They could of sold at least 4 more units just in my neighborhood, but when lied to so many times about shipping parts that are needed, i can not recommend them, even though for the 26 days out of 81, when the unit worked, it did what I was hoping for. In the mean time I had to reroute plumbing around unit and back to buying bottled water.

My son and I installed a Flex 150 two weeks ago in his home. The installation instructions were everything we needed and they had very good photos to help illustrate what needed done. The parts of the softener were top grade and we even got a special large funnel for dumping in the resin media in the resin tank. My son was able to initialize the system and do the initial regeneration cycle all from his smart phone. Could not have been easier. In addition we purchased from US Water, neat flex pipe connectors with Shark Bite type fittings on the ends which made the hook up from the house copper pipe to the control head easy. They were also able to accommodate us having 3/4 fittings on the service valve rather than the standard 1 inch ports... I would buy from them again and don't have any negative hits to offer on this review.

I have a Spring that gravity feeds the house. I had the water tested and had no chemicals, but a lot sediment and Coliform bacteria.
I told them I was installing a mechanical filter that was 150 micron then fed a softener/sediment filter combo but knew it wasn't enough. I had plenty of pressure and didn't want to change multiple filters multiple times a year if possible.
They suggested a 4.5" x 20" pleated filter step down process:
1- after the 150 micron filter but before the softener install a 50 micron filter
2- after the softener install a 20 micron
3- then install a 5 micron Filter
4- then a. 5 micron Filter
5-now the water is very clean of sediment install a Ultraviolet system.
When I explained that I had limited power they suggested the US Water Pulsar Quantum Disinfection System. It's a 10" filter that destroys bacteria on contact. It uses the 2/2/2 system which ensures 100% of the water passes through the filter. I have taken their suggestion and put it into service except I got carried away and installed 1 extra filter housing. I purchased an extra housing to have on hand in case one broke or had some other issue. (I'm in a rural area, closest store selling this type of equipment is 45-60 minutes away.) Somehow I ended up installing it, apparently I wasn't paying attention, just installing parts. So I called them and told them what I had done, they suggested a US Water Radial Flow Carbon Filter or leave it blank. I opted to install the Carbon filter after the 20 micron pleated Filter since the Carbon filter is also equivalent to 20 microns.
The end result, water doesn't taste as "Earthy" (to quote a friend). It's clear and clean. Last week I sent another sample off for testing and will update this if I get results different than what I expect, but I expect I will now have perfect clean H2O.

Great Customer Service and products all US MADE. That was the clincher for me to purchase. A product made in the United States of America. We've seen just recently what happens if we don't support our American-Made companies, they become Chinese companies and we run out of PPE. Thank you US Filter for being PRO-USA.
One last point, I can tell the difference in the products, I have used non-US made filters and they aren't as heavy. The sediment pleated filters from US Water are heavier than any from another country, that shows quality. The carbon filter was considerably heavier than the wet carbon filter that was on when I bought the house.
Great Products and Great People, you won't go wrong... I did purchase some extra 50 micron filters in the event I have to change them out more frequently, but they have been installed a month as of the pictures.

Tip for consumers:
If you think you are going to order The same filter again set up that subscription, you can move the duration between shipments, the date of the next shipment, and adjust quantity. Great website, the only thing you can't do is add to a subscription that is already in place. I hope they do that as it would be nice to put a filter into a subscription without having to order it immediately.

Tip for consumers:
Product is good but it’s worthless without good customer service and it being installed and fully warranted by them. Don’t do this mistake unless you are a plumber.

Purchase a replacement filter for Apec come with 4 filter. First 3 10" filter is fine and the instruction is detail with all necessary cleaning process. The 4th carbon filter connector is not fit the original. Inquired seller and send 3 plastic adapter for connection. Unfortunately, that is not correct and I had to visit Home Depot for a set of 2 plastic connector to complete the job. Delivery period is rather long(over a week) and overall 2 delivery take half month.

I deal with lots of companies for our family business. We own and operate numerous houses, large apartment buildings, commercial buildings and resorts in the South Pacific. We have problems with volcanic sand in our wells I wanted to try a water system on one building first, if it worked out OK, I would purchase and install them on all of our properties. I had lots of questions since this would be shipped half way around the world and mistakes get VERY expensive. This company really didn't seem to care even about selling us a system as they didn't bother to answer many of my questions, and I should have RUN away from them then, but as a business owner I want to give the owner of any company the benefit of the doubt and let them know when things aren't right. I did that here as well. I was told by the owner that he would personally handle my order, which he then passed on to someone else who passed it on to someone else! When the shipment arrived we noticed that according to the shipping manifest the order was complete, but it didn't match the description we had received at purchase and the most obvious part, the tank, the biggest part, was not even listed as shipped. I e-mailed them, no response! Our person in The US called them, no response! I e-mailed them again and he called them again. I finally e-mailed them AGAIN with cc to the owner and the person he handed it off to, and our person called again. I was told by the owner that Fed Ex lost a box in shipment, and they took care of us instead of "Throwing us to the wolves" and not doing anything! But, the manifest was accurate as to what we received, the tank was missing and not listed, other parts were missing and not listed. What kind of response is something like that? It tells you everything about that company in one small statement. And by the way, Estes was the shipper, NOT Fed Ex! I will gladly provide copies of the e-mails, invoices, shipping manifests and photos on request.

Still waiting. It took so long to receive at our location in The US, we missed our July 10 deadline of being able to include it in our shipment and have to ship it separate at more extra time and cost.

I was searching for a whole-house filtration system because of my and my son's sensitive skin. After having a water test conducted (by a separate company), I found out that we have slightly elevated THMs (trihalomethanes). My research led me to this company, and I was excited to buy from them since they are local to me. However, after paying a LOT of money to a plumber to install the BodyGuard unit, it actually made our skin worse. I don't even know how this is possible. I have since disconnected it and it is just sitting in my garage. Customer service has not been helpful despite a couple of attempts to figure out a solution.

It was November 2001 when US Water Systems was born of faith and necessity in Mark and Patty Timmons' garage.

In the beginning, US Water did it the same way Culligan, Kinetico, Rainsoft and most other companies did it - brick and mortar stores, service trucks, in-home sales, installers and service techs. They built a successful business, but in the back of Mark and Patty's mind, they knew there had to be a better way. Using his wholesale connections, Mark was already building a line of US Water Systems water softeners, water filters and reverse osmosis systems and selling them on the world wide web. The plan was to sell to the end user and eliminate all the layers of distribution and middlemen as well as eliminating commissioned, high-pressure, salespeople.

Today, Mark and Patty still run US Water Systems and the family-owned atmosphere is what we, as a company of dedicated professionals, still deliver to each and every customer. We are not corporate and when you become our customer, we treat you like family. They have a son and son-in-law who have also joined them in this family-owned business.
