My package has been in my hometown for a week and still no delivery. I also had to refund a customer because their package was absolutely destroyed. USPS has gone WOKE!
Will say package are delivered and not mail don't get places on time get other people's mail the mail service is no good any more it's not dependent able. Try not to use it if don't have to
USPS has continued to deliver IMPORTANT mail to last address inspite of my address changing 9 months ago. It is really screwing up business. Further, I paid to have a package delivered for Christmas. Now it is being RETURNED.

I had a recent complaint regardiing a very rude USPS mail carrier here in Sandia Heights in Albuquerque. She came to the door. I said, "Hello" which she ignored. She said, "I have a package you have to sign for. And I'm not taking it through your gate so you're going to have to meet me in front of it." The package was light, and she could have easily carried it up. I called Ed Palacio, the Albuquerque manager and the carrier's supervisor. He told me that this carrier has received a number of complaints but is a hard worker, working 12 hour shifts." I countered, "the carrier before her was super sweet. She did her job and was friendly to everyone." He reiterated that "getting the job done on time was more important than how customers are treated." I submitted a complaint against him, and his supervisor, Gino Martinez, said virtually the same thing, word-for-word. "We talked to her, but ultimately it's more about her getting the job done." Customer service is obviously no longer a priority for USPS, which their carriers, service people, and managers make no attempt to even deny as, even with a number of complaints, refuse to do anything about it. Terri, a customer service representative in Arizona, also stated the same thing.
I get this Mail from the USCIS, all the copies of my documents I submitted was on it, when I pick it up, I find out it was open from another end and they try to seal it back but they couldn't, my information had been stolen through the USPS, I still have the documents

I can't say all offices are horrible but the deliveries for zip code ******* need to be reviewed by the bosses since I'm getting my Mail 3wks to a month late. SMH I don't normally complain about USPS but what I'm waiting for is urgent and I just feel like the customer service need to do better at delivering timely mail
I have never sent anything internationally with USPS until September of this year. I have sent a legal document in orignial to Bulgaria, as I was told that with First Class Mail class the mail is delivered within 3 weeks, which worked for me. It is now December and I still have no idea where is my package and what happened to it. I have called multiple times, I went numeroustimes to the post office and they keep on saying "due to the class of the mail, we are unable to track it, nor submit a claim". No one ever advised that with this type of mail I am not going to be able to track my package. There was a court date scheduled and the court in my country was waiting for this document to be delivered. It is SO frustrating that no one is accountable for this and they just say "we appologize for the inconvinience". I am NEVER going to use their services EVER AGAIN! This is unbelieveble! If I could rate them 0 I would!
We pay for express delivery and it's not delivered for 6 days! Terrible service! We pay for something fast and the company doesn't bother to provide assistance or update the tracking code.
I get daily info on mail and packages to be delivered everyday. Package said delivered and left on front porch... NO IT WAS NOT! This has happened 2x in the last week. Customer service SUCKS!
So my mom is diabetic and she gets her insulin shipped to her and her insulin have to be delivered the same day we have dogs outside our houses that are not our dogs and we understand that the post office would not deliver it because of the dogs so we wait outside for Our mail so the other day we was waiting outside and whoever was on duty that day Drove pass our house so we're walking up to them to get our mail and they drove away which was very rude even if they was scared of the dogs we was right there and we was gonna make sure nothing gonna happen (there are not our dogs) I call customer service and they was very rude saying that he carrier was not gonna delivered the mail if there dogs outside and I told them but we was waiting outside because we know that the carrier afraid and all the had to do is hand us the mail they did not have to get out there car. Also my mom insulin can not be in these top of weather or it's gonna go bad and they are not taking listen to consideration and they were being very unprofessional
On November 13th I mailed a birthday card to my grandson for his birthday on November 20th. He received it on December 6th. It went all the way from Plymouth, NC to Chapin, SC. On December 18th I mailed. Birthday card to my Daughter in law and she has still not received it on January 6th. Her birthday was December 26th. On January 3rd I mailed my triplet grandchildren their birthday cards in an envelope with a tracking number to play it safe. On January 6th it is in Richmond, Va! I mailed it in Plymouth, NC to Chapin SC! Why is it in Richmond Va?! OMG! Who is in charge here?!
LeeAnne was so professional when I went to Pick up my held mail after I stopped the Hold. She was polite, efficient and respectful as well as helpful. She deserves a raise
USPS customer service is beyond terrible. I have been tracking a package for over five weeks that was supposed to be delivered within days. I could write pages on the steps I have taken to resolve the issue and the rudeness and incompetence my requests for assistance have met with, but it boils down to this: USPS failed in the service they were paid to provide, my package was permanently lost, and no one cares. I have not and will not receive so much as a token apology, let alone a refund on the cost of postage that USPS accepted as payment for the job they failed to do.
As someone who genuinely believes that postal service is an important government function and should not be privatized, this is doubly disappointing to me. I have been an intentional supporter of the USPS by signing petitions, purchasing extra stamps, and speaking out about importance of USPS as a public service. But it's very hard to continue to advocate for this organization when I've been personally affected by the lack of concern or accountability that so many complain about. I can now say that I will not use USPS again for anything larger than a single-stamp card or letter, and I will make an effort to avoid having orders from other business shipped via USPS. It's a shame.
What's with the Tracking feature on the USPS site? It never updates. I find this site just OK. Could follow through on their Tracking service better. Thumbs down on that.
I swear, if you want to get frustrated, angry, lose TIME, MONEY AND YOUR PACKAGES, go ahead and uhire USPS services.
This has got to be the worst, mos unreliable and disgusting service in the world. I bet 3rd world countries have better mailing services than this piece OF SH...

I had 2 packages go missing in 1 week. They all act like its no big deal. Marin told me I had to pay extra for insurance to make sure our products are handled with care. I shouldn't have to pay extra for them to do their jobs correctly.We dobtt have to pay FedEx or UPS to do their job correctly! After reading other reviews, I'm convinced they are stating they just didn't scan it in and are taking our products, saying they must have gotten lost in the mail. THIS IS FEDERAL FRAUD! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY PACKAGES!
If you don't care when your package ever arrives your best bet would be to ship it with USPS. They will have no problem taking forever to get your package to you.
This review is for my last 3 packages given a expected delivery date and then getting my package 3-4 days late is not acceptable they all stayed in the same place for 3 days (Evansville) I won't be using them again for package service if I have the choice FedEx and ups delivered on time on numerous occasions in this same time period and on or before expected delivery date
I will always trust the USPS over the other delivery services. The cost and reliability can not compare. Please make sure we don't let Dejoy ruin the Post Office!

Answer: They sell them! Seriously! Packages or bundles of multiple packages are typically auctioned off when they have been labeled as "Undeliverable" for a certain amount of time, 30-60 days I presume. Personally, I believe they sabotage any and all items they can so they won't have to deal with it & packages are intentionally marked "undeliverable" when the mail carrier is either too stupid or too lazy to get it in the recipient hands. That is my opinion that I formed from too much pointless research on USPS. BUT, The packages are really auctioned off! That is a fact, not my personal opinion.
