Best Mailman EVER!
June 2, 2022

It is currently end of my sophomore year, i was having an odd day and really wanted some fun people to sign my yearbook. Then... the mailman pulled in. Instantly an idea popped in my head, "GO GET HIS SIGNATURE", and that is exactly what i did. Our school mailman signed my yearbook, it made my day, it made my YEAR. Thank you so much Jeff the mailman for being a great mailman!

Nothing, and when I say "NOTHING", I mean not ONE of my packages has been delivered on time or even within a reasonable amount of time this year. Not with First class, not with Media class and specially not with Priority mail. It is even more baffling that as the rates have gone up service has gotten worse. I do not dare try Express. Specially at those rates. At present, my household has 11 packages that have been sitting at some distribution center for over 3 days. Some have left the distribution center just to be redelivered to the same distribution center a few days later. I have had two packages misdelivered and no attempt from the post office to find them. By-the-way, I filled a claim and 10 days later I have yet to hear a word from the USPS.

I think it is time for a major overhaul of the USPS including giving it to another company to run it. In the mean time I will refrain from using them or ordering from companies that use them. Enough is enough.

West Richand mail service is terrible. They won't pick up mail from our box. They put the flag down and leave it. They won't try to deliver a certified letter. They just leave a copy of the wrong pick up slip. They rarely deliver the mail pictured to be delived on the day they say it's coming. It seems they purposely hold packages back a day so they can work overtime? They were driving around with trick or treaters at 8pm( we get about 170 treaters every Halloween). Today our mail was crammed in our box and soaking wet.

VENDORS AND SERVICE PROFESSIONALS BEWARE!

I would LOVE to give this one negative stars. My company was hired to perform construction work for this company back in 2021. We performed work there and they have refused to pay us ever since.

If a company can't (or refuses) to pay their bills, why are they still in business? Everyone should know this about this Green Valley USPS.

This company is a disgrace! And if you're a contractor, vendor, service professional - DO NOT PERFORM ANY WORK FOR THEM BEFORE YOU RECEIVE PAYMENT!

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY THEIR VENDORS!

Ignorance of the LAW!

This USPS I have experienced myself that I'm mad at. The workers there didn't respect our 1st Amendment right for recording in the building when there are rules posted up on the board which is Poster #7. You guys need to email or send a paper to the Poster Master saying there are rules and laws for recording in public saying that we can and are allowed to record in public. Also, state in the email/paper to all USPS in the United States that, it's the 1st Amendment and tell em' to search up what the 1st Amendment is. This Postal Service is $#*!.

Express Delivery
July 29, 2023

This is the second time this has happen to me within the past three months. The first time I gave USPS the benefit of the doubt but twice within the past three months is totally unacceptable. This is not like I just mailed a package off but I paid both times for the item to be expressed delivered and each time they failed me, yes of course I can get a refund but that is irrelevant because if I did not need the packaged to be delivered express then I would not have paid for it. Last time I will put my trust in USPS, because this was a very important package. From now on I will go with the trusted one, FedEx. So warning to all do not bank on USPS to get the job done!

USPS insurance is a scam. You can purchase insurance but when they damage your package they refuse to pay. I would rate them at 0 stars if it was possible. If you need something to arrive undamaged or with reputable insurance, DO NOT USE THE USPS.

Sent two day priority from Wisconsin to Georgia. Sent on December 13th, 2021. Arrived on December 22nd, 2021. Checked tracking and said it was delivered on time, December 15th, 2021.
Not sure how they can do that when indeed it was not delivered.
I asked for an explanation. Here's what they said. Was probably delivered, but to the wrong house. They probably gave it back to the carrier to be delivered to the correct house. Either way, not their problem, no refund as their system said it was delivered. In other wards, doesn't matter if it goes to the correct recipient, they just have to deliver to somewhere!
One may think this was a fluke. No way. My son sent his two day priority on December 13th from Indiana to same address in Georgia. His arrived on January 5th, 2022.
At least the USPS is consistent. They should be embarrassed.

We only receive our mail twice a week! The Pony Express would be more dependable. Postal service does not leave packages on our porch - they try to jam it into our mailbox.

I sell a lot on Ebay & use USPS.COM for my shipping supplies. They are delivered to my door, usually within 2 days. With their free priority mail boxes, I no longer need ti buy as much packing tape.

I ordered an item from a company in New York December 4, it was sent through USPS Fast Track and today is December 28 and its still sitting at the New Jersey post office, I could have driven to New York and back for this Christmas present faster than USPS can deliver - I called the company and they were distraught and will never use USPS again. This government org should be ashamed of itself, because now I have to reship what's being sent because the gift did not turn up in time and my daughter already left to go back home. UNREAL!

I thought I was being smart getting my granddaughters packages in the mail 2 weeks before Christmas. I was told if I went with ground shipping it would never get there before Christmas. So I paid for the priority mailing and the clerk assured me it would be there December 16th. It's December 20th and my granddaughters package still showing 2/3s of the way there and no idea when or even where it is now. I won't die because of it but it does break my heart. I don't get to spend much time with these two granddaughters and this was very special to me to be able to sent them something. I don't have alot of money so if it is lost I can't replace it for the lousy $50 insurance that priority mail offers.

So I sent my best friend a get well package with a book on tape, a couple CDs, some supplements, and some cute other items. It was an expensive box but I figured no to insurance because nothing could break. I bubbled everything and double wrapped. Guess what she got? The card……. Thieves work there. I would not use them again. UPS from now on.
JUST A HEADS UP, IF YOU FEEL PRESSURED TO GET INSURANCE, SEND THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE.

Worst Mailing Company

I wish I could leave zero stars. I hate that all my mail comes through usps only because it never works out. They can't even deliver a package of stickers correctly. I have had 7 issues with USPS and their employees are never helpful and usually never know what's going on. When they supposedly can't deliver packages to my apartment and I go and get them, they almost gave me someone else's package! HOW DO YOU GUYS MESS UP EVERY SINGLE TIME?! Now my package says delivered and it's no where to be found. This mailing service is TERRIBLE!(:

The voice menu NEVER has any option that suits my needs even remotely AND there's no option to be called back when the hold time is ridiculously long as it ALWAYS is! Clearly USPS just wants to deter everyone from reaching them with their issues and doesn't respect anyone else's time WHATSOEVER. Also their change of address page is not working.

PLEASE go with #USPS on Tweeter, Instagram, and Facebook to publicly talk about your experiences. Then, contact your state senators to follow up on your cases. They will offer you free lawyer to take your rights. Never stop fighting for your rights. Otherwise, they will continue stealing your belongings.
USPS stole a 45 lb package that I mailed from their office in NY. There were 60 different items in my package. The status says that my package is in the mail recovery center. I have talked to 20 different supervisor and manager. Talked to mail recovery center (dead mail) supervisor more than 10 times. Went there is person. Asked for security camera check. Submitted 8 missing mail requests with all the information, brand, color, size, picture of each item and document. The only thing I kept hearing was that they were going to sell my stuff in an auction soon! They could not find my package because they stole it. They did not offer me an insurance in the office when I was mailing my package. Never said they would not compensate me if any thing goes wrong with my uninsured package. Now, they are hiding behind their internally hidden regulation for not giving me a cent. Thieves. God damn you and your corporation thieves.

Was stunned at the answer which was oh well well refund your 30$. Are you $#*!ting me that makes it alright. DO NOT USE THIS POSTAL SERVICE, THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN, after over a hundred years in business and you still cant get packages to destinations when amazon can, you don't deserve to be in business.
