…I'm completely upset with this carrier and can say I've never had a harder time with anything else - just to get my packages to me. First of all in this past month I've had 2 packages be "delivered", and yet they are not. I live in an apartment complex, with a SECURE package room. Nothing. NOT ONLY THAT, they claim u can make a handful amount of claims - but when I go to try to start one for this situation - their website doesn't work! Icing on the cake, so there goes my MONEY ON NOTHING. Their delivery don't care not one bit.

My package is 3weeks late I filed a claim and they just said "package case closed" no information or anything I need this and they have done nothing but drag is on I swear I'm about to get my lawyer involved this is a huge waste of money and time pay for fedex or ups!
Orderered item on the 21st of July 2021. The item is sitting in LYNDHURST, NJ, *******, USA, United States since the 27th of July... United States to Unknown · Transit in 33 days... Day by day getting longer to be shipped. No answer to calls - from the US by the Sender. They've lost my parcel last year from iHerb... No explanation, nor service. I am the stupid one because back then I have sworn to never by anything fro the USA...
This is my first review of USPS but not my first bad experience... just the one that made me act... Past experiences include delivery to an address miles away, lost deliveries, and absolutely no customer service. This time a Christmas present arrived in Customs on DEC 11 and Released on DEC 12. It was to arrive on DEC 17. Today is DEC 24th and the gift is still awaiting pickup by USPS. The lazy bureaucrats at USPS have failed again and continue to waste our Tax dollars (they are subsidized by us!). Supervisory Personnel that I have encountered are always in CYA mode.denying any responsibility and failing to take corrective action...and, like the parent organization are difficult to speak with (if you can get ahold of one). Thank you USPS for making this a memorable Christmas.

I have no idea what is ailing the USPS now as Covid-19 cases have consistently dwindled. Needless to say it is nerve wracking to be waiting on a package that has a value of $150+ and the item itself is unique.
I check the tracking number daily and no updates. Still showing that it was mailed & made it to a USPS distribution center, that's it. No further updates since 2/25/22. The item was shipped from the seller to me on 2/21. To have to wait over 7 days for a package from North Carolina to Arkansas is ridiculous. I really believe the USPS is crippled by its own logistics SOP. I keep hoping things will get better but nothing changes. I gave 3 STARS based on the USPS delivery carriers in my small town of Osceola Arkansas. They really try hard & are very approachable.
I buy a lot from ebay and almost every package I get is mis-sent and it's a day or two late and it's not once in a while it's with almost every package, I can't believe they can't get their s*** together! I'm really getting tired of it. They always missend it to Owensville Mo. I live 25 miles from their then they resend it to Columbia MO. Which is 70 miles from me. I would never use your service again if I didn't have to. Some body is dropping the ball!
I mailed a package to my son for Christmas and it was sent back to my door step with absolutely no reason for why it was returned. I tryed calling but cant get a actual person to speak with and the automotive crap doesn't offer the option to get to a real person if there even is one. Such a complete waste of my tax dollars. We need to defund the U.S. P. S, I'm now going to pay U. P. S once to get it right! I'd rather pay more for good service than be taxed weekly for crap service... In a period of a month i have use usps next day delivery express supose to recice package by 6pm the first time i was supose the get it thursday by 6pm i came 4 day lat3 got miss handle hat to cancel vacation due to late delivery i decisr to give another change this time friday by 6pm is saturday and pqckage still half way of destination it means usps dont care so next time ill use fed ex because usps costing me money
Very slow service and if they don't get with the program USPS may have trouble getting customers. I really would like for them to spend up the service.
Iam starting to think USPS works with package scammers. I have cameras over my house, however a lot of my packages are claimed delivered but on checking nothing was delivered
The ladies down at the Fallston, Md Post Office are always going the extra mile to make sure everything is handled in a timely manner for the customers. If you need help with something whether it's dealing with tracking numbers that are messed up, misinformation on their website, things stating they've been delivered to their PO when in fact, it hasn't been delivered at all! Sometimes, getting your packages nowadays with the delays in shipping because of the COVID-19 and the voting issues with our government. No matter what issues I have, I've consistently been treated with the upmost respect. Miss Lynn(or any of the other ladies at the front counter) ALWAYS make sure they take their time with each customer. Treating each customer as If that customer has priority when dealing with each person. I will most days go out of my way to go to this post office based solely on their suburb customer services!
USPS never fails to make sure that they're atleast 1-2 days late, if we could do away with USPS the world would be a better place. They deliver mail, we should just give that responsibility to UPS and I bet that would end racism. Also the workers are always in an ugly mood, which projects what the company is all about. I just want my packages on time that's it. Being a company for 52 years and still can't find a system to get customers a package on time. I ordered a small drill and countersink. Items were shipped to destination post office. Then shipped 2 hours north of destination. Then shipped back to an hour south of destination. Was scheduled for delivery on February 10th its now the 13th and no package. I need this item for a job I'm working on. So I'm on hold and as lost as my package.
Two examples of how USPS helps customers:
1. Went to the PO to pick up a package. Saw no pickup window, stood line a long line, got to the counter, was sent to the other end of the floor to the "offocial package pickup window" which had no sign. Asked why they couldn't make a sign and was told, "Oh, a sign requires that someone study the request and that a committee approves it."
2. Had a package shipped to me with tracking that didn't update in two weeks. Called USPS, had the usual fight with the automated system that wants you to spend 27 minutes listening to USPS ads and not speak with a real person, then got to speak with an agent. Told her of my concern, gave her the tracking #, and she said, "Let me look into that for you!" Minutes later she comes back and says, "Sir, your tracking didn't update, I don't know why." I reply, I know, that's why I asked USPS for help with this." and got, "We can only tell you what you see yourself when YOU track." Freaking woop-de-doo.
USPS has the most incompetent costumer service I have experience anywhere. It is worst than calling RMV which is been a benchmark for a long time. But certainty USPS has the title for incompetency and unreliability. Kdos to you guys. Cannot wait for the moment you get sold/privatized so your agent's rears can be properly and merciless kicked.
I receive three subscriptions that all come within a day or two of each other or at least is supposed to. One is my subscription to Cirkul and usually arrives on the 11th with the books I get for grandchildren from the Dolly Parton imagination library. I got the books but not my Cirkul. It's has now traveled all over Indiana and just checked on it to see it's now in South Carolina. I'm very upset as it should of went straight to Evansville then Owensboro to Beaver Dam Ky. Why is that so hard to do? Please do better USPS
Dont bother getting insurance on you package. No one will talk to you about your claim. No one answers phones. One person actually hung up on me. You have to prove what you shipped. The value. How you paid for what you shipped. Receipts, pictures of what was shipped, the address label. I provided a receipt but it didnt indicate the form of payment so I was denied. The PO insisted they delivered the package but they couldnt prove it and the adressee never received the package.
Answer: It's probably USPS, they are garbage. They have some of the worst delivery rates and fees.

Answer: They sell them! Seriously! Packages or bundles of multiple packages are typically auctioned off when they have been labeled as "Undeliverable" for a certain amount of time, 30-60 days I presume. Personally, I believe they sabotage any and all items they can so they won't have to deal with it & packages are intentionally marked "undeliverable" when the mail carrier is either too stupid or too lazy to get it in the recipient hands. That is my opinion that I formed from too much pointless research on USPS. BUT, The packages are really auctioned off! That is a fact, not my personal opinion.
