I hate USPS!

I hate USPS! The worst company ever! I sent documents for government for my daughter, they lost them in June! I call them every week and speaking a lot of ours, they send my mail in some recovery center, but for some reason they can't just send it back. And I have to spend my time for this stupid talks every week many hours and they don't help. And it's very difficult to call them, to get right person you will need a lot of hours. I just hate them.

Benton KY Post Office

Brian with this Post Office was so polite and so helpful. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. An item we ordered was sent to our camper address in Benton instead of our home address. Brian located the package which had been received at this Post Office and was able to send the package to us which has been received. I thank Brian so much for his help and for going the extra mile to help us with this package. We were so afraid this would be lost, but due to his outstanding efforts it was not. THANK YOU!

Usps Look (8) User feel (7) added together + something (8) 2- 1.the guy on open page freaks me out. 2. buy stamps in all products sec. Buy stamps section awful.+pull the priority mail tab ( cool)

So in the end usps delivered.

Fedex L(3) UF(4) ATS(4) -2 1. Small writing 2. Looks cheap +I like purple.

Ups L(7) UF(8) ATS (6) -2 1. Looks unfinshed 2.on homepage u have to choose your country. PLEASE Ups you are not that popular. Get over yourself. + By far the best interface of all three.

Package is beyond late. No updates on profile either to let me know when. Crap customer service. Had 2nd day air priority mail and it didnt matter that's for sure. They need to hire people that know what they are doing.

Every time I've had to use USPS my parcel has been sitting in the same place for days. On top of that, ive always had issues with the items itself inside. You guys suck. Do a better job. Its 2022, almost 2023 and youd think every package I got wouldnt be delayed by a week but here we are. This is so frustrating.

Oxford, Mississippi PO is by far the worst on McElroy Dr. There's a line literally out the door daily waiting for them to open. It's 9:30 and if the hrs have changed, plz state that on the door. Others, like me stop by before work because you're closed when I get off. This place has gone done since Minister Chris made his transition. I didn't want to leave a star at all but couldn't leave a review without it

My package is spending the christmas holiday, traveling in ga.! 3 days in atlanta now, move delivery time to tuesday? Maybee, usps sucks! Do not use, glad they raised price to 17 dollars, what a ripoff!

The postal service sucks now. Lost packages, late packages etc. It's frequent too, not just once in a while. How about you hire people with service skills! Not people who are rude and don't give a $#*!. A package we sent took a month to get to its destination because it was sitting for 2 - 3 weeks all beat up. The old fart at our local post office wouldn't do a thing to help us figure it out. We were able to have an online person open a case and it finally got found. Our money was being held by ebay because the post office wasn't doing their job. Way to go. There are no values left anymore. Pretty pathetic set up now.

A letter I mailed weeks ago was just returned to me because the address I had written was supposedly not legitimate. I looked it up again and saw I had gotten it correct, and after showing it to several others, it was deemed neat and legible. Are postal workers too lazy to look up zip codes, just not "feeling it"-or what? This wouldn't have occurred 30 years ago, but no one cares to do their job with any integrity these days, and all that neither rain, nor sleet crap has apparently died! Even the postal service has dumbed down-pathetic when a legit address can't be found by their own.

Out of 15 packages in thr last month 8 have gotten 2 on time! One was almost to me and now is back on the other side of the country again! How does this even happen! You should be ashamed to call yourself the united states post office. You clearly take NO pride in your work qnd have way too much job security and NO reprocussi9ns for doing such a poor job.

They don't do their job

We mail out weekly 40 or more envelopes and they are not getting to the intended addressee. Some are returned saying attempted not know when that is not the case. They are not attempting a second delivery they just send it back.

I posted a package to Florida to my sister. The postman handed the package to someone who was not my sister and did not even record the name of the person. The Coral Springs post office does not answer their phone and does not respond to correspondence. I have been trying to get them to at least speak to the postman who signed for the delivery, handed the parcel to someone who wasn't supposed to receive it without getting the person's name, which I would think is procedure. USPS seems to be nothing but a big joke!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. USPS let me down again! Sometimes you just need a kick in your b**lls to stop doing something. USPS did that for 2nd time. I paid extravagant money to get my shipment "Priority Mailed" from DC to Houston, Tx. Useless to say, the shipment reached in 32 days (instead of 2)! 10 calls and 15 hrs on phone plus 6 hrs on website and emails inquiring them, is the time with which I have to pay for. On top, I was told by the receiver " take it easy hon, it's the holiday season!" Can't believe these kind of people are running a business and charging people upfront for services they cannot provide. I was not given a refund, or a claim, since it eventually reached by 2021. However, with ridiculous service and bitter experience, I would Never ship anything with them again! Use my experience and don't use USPS for time-sensitive, or expensive shipment, or if possible, Anything!

Horrible service
July 6, 2020

My mail order prescription was received by my local post office in Folsom, CA July 2 at 6:43 am and still has not been delivered July 6,2020. Ridiculous. I already discontinued my Netflix DVD subscription because of poor turnaround by the post office. Lost revenue for USPS. Guess it's time to give up on mail order prescriptions as well.

Package withholding
November 5, 2022

The Providence, RI. Postal office took possession of my package on Nov. 1st and should have been delivered on Nov. 2nd. Now when I call the number to track a package it will not be delivered until Nov. 13th It takes them 12 days to deliver a small package? It's a wonder why people are switching to other delivery services... This is why they lost 8.8 billion in 2021... Bet 2022 is higher... Just try to deal with business who do not use USPS and you'll be happier

Forwarding

I paid for premium forwarding and the PO failed to forward. I received a prompt call in response to my complaint and was told it would be corrected. It was not. I tried to send another e-mail and their forms are horrible. The USG is supposedly attempting to simplify paper work and they should start with the USPS.

$#*!ing terrible...

I had two packages "delivered". As soon as I recieved the message that they were "delivered" I ran downstairs to grab them. Neither were there... this was happening while the truck was pulling away. I immediately called USPS and all they did was repeatedly tell me that it was stolen and refused to hear any other possibility. And I was like "yeah... stolen by your driver". It is possible within the 5 seconds it took them to drop off the package and me to run downstairs that it was taken by someone else but highly doubtful. I went in circles to file a claim and everything but NEVER heard back. I lost over $200 in that situation. Months pass and just recently I was waiting for an order. I recieved a message saying the package was "delivered" and once again... nothing there. I honest to God wish I didn't need to deal with USPS but unfortunately I need to. If I could give no stars at all, I would.

Waited 21 days to get a package that's freaking ridiculous. The post office doesn't care --they don't have to. They should just deliver letters and get out of the package delivery business because they don't know crap about that.

I asked my friend to send me some important document using priority mail service. I need that doc very urgently to remain on payroll. It was supposed to be delivered next day, but didn't receive it. I paid extra 20$ for priority service, but it was delivered like a regular mail.
