USPS is the reason I am no longer an Amazon customer. It is so frustrating, my package was suppose to be delivered yesterday. They arrived 7 minutes before the business opens on Feb 19th. The business is from 9am-5pm. Said the package will be delivered the next business day, which would be today, Tuesday, they package never arrived! Amazon customer service are also liars, talking BS about rest assured you will get your package today, in the time hours. Never arrived! When the hell am I going to get my ******* package. I hate this company so much! It should just close down for good. Always delivering my packages late. On one occasion, they shipped the package out the state, just to ship it back to the state it left. F**K you Amazon sellers for using this crappy delivery service. There website to email them is a waste of time, a big joke that does not work. Horrible customer service. Companies should ban this company from even being used as a delivery service to sellers.

Not the same.

If they don't wanna leave your mail or you're packages, they say access not available or something like that. The older postman used to care about the mail and use to make sure they get it to you. These new people. Just don't care.

My packages seem to take the scenic route being delivered to me. My main post office is in Pompano Beach, FL. My most recent package spent 6 days in Colorado traveling a total of 80 miles (Fort Collins to Denver to Aurora), then made its way to Miami two days later, on to Opa Locka, FL, back to Miami again, then to Pompano Beach. You think its journey would be done, but no, now it is in Homestead, FL. It is ridiculous how many people have handled this one package and the amount of resources that have been wasted driving this package around. P.S. I still have not received my package 11 days in transit.

Speeding 80 plus in 65
August 23, 2023

I was getting on the freeway at boomtown on I-80. The us mail truck did not yield to me getting on the freeway he didn't slow down or get over then proceed to get extremely close and makes arm jester that I'm going to slow... I was doing 70 in a 65. He didn't slow down and continued to fallow me as close as he could for miles.

Delay and Unprofessional

I was supposed to get a package delivered by UPS and it was supposed to be to me within a week. I don't know why this happened but UPS gave the package to USPS within 2 days of suppose to being delivered. Well now I have to wait an extra two weeks before expected delivery date. The package was almost delivered but somehow USPS messed up and now the process is all over again and more. Well I called there customer service to get answers like a normal person would and after waiting 20 mins and being connected to the representative, she had the worse attitude ever. Idk if someone pissed in her Cheerios that morning but she was rude and very unprofessional. All they had to say was it happens and it could be delivered sooner if lucky. I asked why it happened and taking so long and all they had to say was that's how they do things now.

Mail boxes
May 10, 2023

I live in a community we had to purchased our mail boxes now, in the past the post office was responsible for that, my complaint is that these boxes cost money and the postman treats them like crap, today I caught one kicking the door, we had to fixed one door because they ripped it off the hinches, can someone talk to these people and be more careful this is our money not them.

Customer service call
December 26, 2023

Had to call due to an undeliverable package. It took three calls before I was able to reach the site to use the tracking number.(Second call and the automation actually hung up on me). Never was able to speak with an actual person and could not resolve the issue. Will never purchase anything that ships through USPS again! Frustrating.

No such Number

According to USPS my address doesn't exist! Woohoo! No taxes right! Mind you, I do receive paper mail at a box but since they couldn't find my address on Google, or my!, then my home doesn't exist. What did they do before Google Maps? Even over the phone, they lied. I was told that the zip code was wrong. I finally went in person to the main post office after getting a call starting my package was there. Surprise, surprise once again I got the pleasure of speaking to the rudest person on there! Ugh! If I could give the USPS a negative number, it would be negative infinity!

Postage stamps

Has anyone had their mail returned for postage lately? In the span of a month, I have had two letters returned for postage, using the regular Post Office stamps. Seems a bit odd, however considering the cost of postage stamps, this could be a temptation for theft.

Certified letter
July 31, 2023

I mailed a letter certified and was given a tracking number. I tracked the letter only to see that it had stopped at a nearby post office for over 5 days. I went to my local post office to seek answers. They couldn't help. I only know the recipient received it because I received a answer to my letter! The tracking number was no help or paying for it to be certified as I could not tell if the person received it or not! I just tried to track it again and guess what? A week later no updates! I don't trust the postal service. Not reliable.

Priority service review
December 10, 2023

Very poor service. I Mail a package by priority mail on November 31 and today is December 10 and the package is not here yet. Why pay a premium when regular mail would have been faster. I do not recommend using priority mail or any service in which you pay a premium and delivery is not warranty.

Always Reliable

I am completely satisfied and amazed at the service and reliability of the US Post Office. Every time! I usually use the Priority Mail service and I think that helps. The priority mail cost is nearly the same as first class, plus it includes insurance. They never let me down. Thank you US Post Office!

I bought an item that was sent from NY and I sold an item that I sent to NV and both disappeared on the way. Both packages were priority mail with tracking and just disappeared. I filed several reports and inquiries and get messages that the case was resolved/ closed with no explanation. I am closing my eBay account because those packages seem to be central to what appears to be a theft problem

I have been home all day waiting for my parcel to come. I even took the day off just so I could wait. Next thing you know, I open my door for my mother's package and I notice there's a note that says they "attempted" delivery by USPS but they clearly didn't. No one rang the doorbell or even knocked! I was in the living room the whole day waiting so I would've noticed. Instead, they left a damn note that says to ask for a redelivery or pick up myself. TERRIBLE service! This is why I will always prefer FedEx and UPS. Horrible. Waited a week for this just so I could pick it up myself the next day? Do your jobs or just quit if you're not going to do it properly.

USPS site sucks!

I have been trying to stop my mail for the time of my travel and spent almost an hour without any success. First it didn't recognize my password, which I have written down. Then it didn't recognize my answers about the city I was born and my mother's maiden name. At last, I was too tired to try and decided to sing up again. Now it didn't allow me to do it, saying that my phone number was connected to another account. When at last I managed to change and open my account with a temporary password, it didn't allow me to stop my mail, because the page to put start and end dates didn't work. I have been stopping my mail at least twice a year and it always was easy. Now I am disgusted! Do I have to drive all the way to the post office to do such a simple thing as stopping mail?

Disappointed costumer

I can not believe getting a hold of an actual HUMAN to talk to is IMPOSSIBLE to do when calling. I have been expecting a package going on two days now when they came to my apartment building because there is no buzzer or mailbox they left and sent a text saying customer was not home when we were and he had no idea that the package was being delivered at that specific time. They didn't leave a note saying that they had come and try to drop the package off even though they stated that they did on the text. I don't understand why it has to be so frustrating for anybody to get their mail or packages. Apparently employees don't care about the customers and only look at this as a simple job that they get paid for. Mail is one of the most important things that we receive on a daily basis. You guys work for us we are supposed to trust and be able to rely on you to get the things that we need everyday and unfortunately we can't trust you to do your JOBS!

If it wasn't enough dealing with missing mail, other people's mail delivered to me, people coming to my house to give me my mail that was delivered to them, local post office always full and only one person working, employees giving wrong information... Now the usps charges you to have your mail forwarded to your new address and you can only request the service online, BECAUSE while requesting it you et bombarded with advertising and literally are forced to accept unsolicited details of offers and coupons. If they could at least do their jobs and deliver our mail to the right address... SAD

Terrible

They are consistently late, always deliver to the wrong house, and are unresponsive to inquiries about where my package/mail is. They have lost probably 200$-300$ worth of mail of mine and never respond to complaints.

Postage due

I was waiting for over a week for a first class package. I felt that it might be postage due so I waited by the door for it in the living room. I looked in my box there was a notice that there was postage due and no one home,. No one ran the door bell or knocked or tried to see if I was home.; I remember when first class was three now it is over a week.
