The equipment works well out of the box and at very good price.

The response I received to the question 'Do I need to order a power supply and remote separately?' when ordering was unsatisfactory. It simply referred me back to the same web page which had caused the confusion in the first place. Adding a 'what comes in the box' section to the product page would have been immensely helpful and shortened the ordering process from days to minutes.

While I was doing the research on which Point & shoot camera to buy, I found 42nd street photo to be the most professional and knowledgeable. I've been using Laptopscreen.com for almost a decade now, and have never been disappointed. I've had a few duds, and every once in a while the screen would have issue after a few weeks, but their lifetime warranty has never been denied and they'll always ship out a new screen free of charge.

I only wish they got more stock of 15" 30 pin 144hz screens.

I love this company because when I buy from the store on military installation they cover the item no matter where you are in the world, I wish they would bring this level of coverage to their civilian side (I've called and asked and they said they only cover in the United States but if this is wrong PLEASE let me know!) great company and easy to deal with, even if there is an issue they are willing to work with you and get it fixed for you; gave them a 4 because of the issue above but they really are wonderful and easy

I thought it might be uncomfortable to use but truth be told it's perfectly fine for me and I didn't even have to get used to it. It's expensive but it's got the modern features to back up the cost the battery life is also pretty good.

One comment I need to make is the size, it's smaller than a normal mouse. I have smaller hands and I like small mice so it works for me but if you don't it might not be for you.
