You DO NOT need to have your animal placed on a, "National Registry." Did you know there is NO NATIONAL REGISTRY for service animals?
You DO NOT need any of the documentation that this scammer offers. In order to get on any flight, etc, you just need a signed piece of paper from your physician or therapist. Why pay this guy to give you fake paperwork? Hell... I could make you one, that at least looks official for ten bucks,
I was afraid this company was a scam, and now I am convinced they are. They sent me the wrong information for the wrong dog. I have yet to get a response from them but I think I'm going to do a chargeback! Don't go with this company, they are not legitimate, they don't know what they're doing, and I don't even know if this stuff is real! It looks very fake.
Wish I could give negative stars. I'm so done trying to get these morons to comprehend what I'm saying! My bank never received anything from these people for a refund and they send me bs responses and claim they did their jobs, I spoke with Ella (apparently) and was told my "order" was already sent out when it wasn't and had the nerve to have an attitude with me. Lol nothing but jokes don't waste your money and don't bother responding to them or trying to speak to them because they're incompetent
Don't waste your money. I called American Airlines to let them know I'm traveling with my service animal, they asked for the ID and couldn't verify it. The rep said the ID should only be 8-9 numbers long and begin with a #9
Terrible!
I ordered one of their packages including a picture of my Service Dog. Contacted them, no response from them
Has anyone actually look up the American with Disability Act service dogs completely? Where does it say your dog has to be registered? It even separates service dogs from emotional support animals. No registry required ever
To start off I paid extra for tracking, I never recieved any information on my order after being placed. Once I recieved it the Velcro badges were smeared, the ID card didnt have my dogs picture just a black square. The wording on the ID cards were blurred and faded and hard to read. For over $100 the quality and customer service is very disappointing. Of course you can't get ahold of anybody!
No national 'official service dog registration' is required for verified service dogs.
I registered as so many people ask "Is that a service dog?".
Just showing the registration placard on my dog's vest seems to stop these questions for the uninformed public.
So from that perspective this is a valuable service to handlers and public alike.
Thank you
This card does not work, you need a letter from a physician. Carolyn who was the person I talked to about a refund was extremely rude.
We have reached out to Dakota about the order to try to determine the issue, however we don't have a Carolyn on our staff and never have so the buyer may have confused us with a different company.
Lots of info, fast and easy order. Received everything ontime. Site worked fine... received additional cards with the description of the rights, which are very helpful...
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The registration was very quick and easy. The extra assistance and tips were an excellent guide through this process.
The registration was easy and delivery of items prompt. However the free tag and holder was not received and my request for it was ignored. An email was sent twice regarding this to Ray and I still have not received the tag and holder?
This was an easy process and was simple to do. I highly recommend using usaservicedogs.com for your pet.
Fast and easy great service. Was simple and quick would recommend using this service registration and purchase was a smooth transaction
This sight is very prompt. Received certificate and carrier timely. I would recommend. I carried my pet on flight with Delta with no problems. All went well. The carrier was not stable. I returned with no problem.
Very good! Would recommend to anyone! All items I ordered were perfect and shipping was very fast! Now I am able to take my Rottweiler with me everywhere I go, no questions asked!
I was very pleased with all of the help I was given during the process of getting my dog certified. We are very happy with the entire experience.

They were very helpful walking me through the process of getting my service dog registered and it was very easy. My products came no later than a week after my order was submitted and they offered lots of useful validation records to prove the authenticy of her training and how she helps me go on with everyday life. Very impressed and will be reccomending other to the company.

Answer: Hi Toby, According to the Fair Housing Act, valid service animals and emotional support animals are not considered pets and thus are exempt from standard pet policies like extra pet fees or weight and size restrictions, or a no pets policy. Although rare, some jurisdictions may have laws in place allowing single family landlords and apartment complexes under 4 units to Registering your dog with us may not be necessary as all that is required by the ADA is verbal assurance that your dog is a service dog, and with emotional support dogs, you may only need a letter from a therapist to show your landlord on top of any registration papers.
Answer: Hi Darrel, Our registrations are recognized in all 50 states and we have a 96% satisfaction rating. We would also like to remind you that according to the ADA, registration is not required and the only thing that is required by law to have a service dog is verbal assurance that your dog has been trained to be a service dog. Registration ID cards, certificates, tags, vests, etc are not required by law although many people find that having these materials with them makes their lives much easier as they help to avoid hassle and allow people to instant recognize your dog as a service or emotional support dog. Additionally, many business establishments, apartment complexes, and airlines require the use of registration paperwork and/or vests, tags, etc so we would advise you to check in advance about what is required.
Answer: Unless you need an ESA letter, we do not ask for a psychological evaluation for the purchase of service dog identification accessories like registration IDs, vests, leashes, tags, etc.
Answer: Hi Judy, typically an emotional support dog would help with those conditions, although a service dog could be appropriate if it could be trained to assist you with specific tasks such as walking, getting out of bed in the morning, and alerting others to health episodes.
Answer: Hi Donald, please consult this webpage for more information about flying with a service dog on AA: https://www.aa.com/i18n/travel-info/special-assistance/service-animals.jsp
Answer: Yes, please choose service dog when navigating our site to purchase service dog identification accessories.
Answer: Hi Carol, please call us at 888-656-DOGS or e-mail us at orders@usaservicedogs.org. I will let our agents know to look out for your order. Thank you.
While you understand how much you rely on your service dog, others may view your companion as a nuisance. Many businesses don't allow dogs on their premises. However, while not required by the ADA, service dog documentation helps to eliminate hassle and questioning, and these same businesses will be more than happy to allow your furry friend inside their building, when they know it's your service dog. Save yourself stress. Get your service dog registration, vests, leashes, and tags from USA Service Dogs!
