You DO NOT need any of the documentation that this scammer offers. In order to get on any flight, etc, you just need a signed piece of paper from your physician or therapist. Why pay this guy to give you fake paperwork? Hell... I could make you one, that at least looks official for ten bucks,
I was afraid this company was a scam, and now I am convinced they are. They sent me the wrong information for the wrong dog. I have yet to get a response from them but I think I'm going to do a chargeback! Don't go with this company, they are not legitimate, they don't know what they're doing, and I don't even know if this stuff is real! It looks very fake.
Wish I could give negative stars. I'm so done trying to get these morons to comprehend what I'm saying! My bank never received anything from these people for a refund and they send me bs responses and claim they did their jobs, I spoke with Ella (apparently) and was told my "order" was already sent out when it wasn't and had the nerve to have an attitude with me. Lol nothing but jokes don't waste your money and don't bother responding to them or trying to speak to them because they're incompetent
Don't waste your money. I called American Airlines to let them know I'm traveling with my service animal, they asked for the ID and couldn't verify it. The rep said the ID should only be 8-9 numbers long and begin with a #9

Has anyone actually look up the American with Disability Act service dogs completely? Where does it say your dog has to be registered? It even separates service dogs from emotional support animals. No registry required ever
To start off I paid extra for tracking, I never recieved any information on my order after being placed. Once I recieved it the Velcro badges were smeared, the ID card didnt have my dogs picture just a black square. The wording on the ID cards were blurred and faded and hard to read. For over $100 the quality and customer service is very disappointing. Of course you can't get ahold of anybody!
No national 'official service dog registration' is required for verified service dogs.
I registered as so many people ask "Is that a service dog?".
Just showing the registration placard on my dog's vest seems to stop these questions for the uninformed public.
So from that perspective this is a valuable service to handlers and public alike.

This card does not work, you need a letter from a physician. Carolyn who was the person I talked to about a refund was extremely rude.

They were very helpful walking me through the process of getting my service dog registered and it was very easy. My products came no later than a week after my order was submitted and they offered lots of useful validation records to prove the authenticy of her training and how she helps me go on with everyday life. Very impressed and will be reccomending other to the company.
