I purchased a pet carrier with wheels, for airline travel. It turned out to be too big, for under the seat. There was no postage paid return. The postage on it was over half of what I paid for the carrier. I decided to keep it, for the net cost of the return. I will probably give it away. Too bad.

After my dog passed away, I realized I started having panic attacks at night. So with my other dog I knew I depend on her emotionally. So i wanted to register her so that if i move she will be with me to help with my attacks. Thank you for making it affordable and fast to use! Will recommend you guys to everyone I know!
The service dog cape did not fit the dog properly, it seems to need a second securing strap near the rear of the cape. The instant my dog laid down, the cape came forward nearly over her head and she chewed the only securing strap into as well as one corner of the cape. That was just a bit disheartening, other than that issue everything else seemed to of professional quality. I couldnt understand the need for so many of those cards. Are they something that most folks ask for when you expose your dog to areas that dogs are seldom allowed to enter? The dog tag on the chain is that something that the dog owner handler is supposed to wear? I should think the identifying I D Cards should be sufficient to identify that the diog is a registered service animal.
Just a bit curious, sorry.

Wish I could give negative stars. I'm so done trying to get these morons to comprehend what I'm saying! My bank never received anything from these people for a refund and they send me bs responses and claim they did their jobs, I spoke with Ella (apparently) and was told my "order" was already sent out when it wasn't and had the nerve to have an attitude with me. Lol nothing but jokes don't waste your money and don't bother responding to them or trying to speak to them because they're incompetent
Don't waste your money. I called American Airlines to let them know I'm traveling with my service animal, they asked for the ID and couldn't verify it. The rep said the ID should only be 8-9 numbers long and begin with a #9

I was afraid this company was a scam, and now I am convinced they are. They sent me the wrong information for the wrong dog. I have yet to get a response from them but I think I'm going to do a chargeback! Don't go with this company, they are not legitimate, they don't know what they're doing, and I don't even know if this stuff is real! It looks very fake.
To start off I paid extra for tracking, I never recieved any information on my order after being placed. Once I recieved it the Velcro badges were smeared, the ID card didnt have my dogs picture just a black square. The wording on the ID cards were blurred and faded and hard to read. For over $100 the quality and customer service is very disappointing. Of course you can't get ahold of anybody!
We are Diabetic's.It is, so amazing what animals can sense and know. I would like to thank- Usaservicedogs.org(. Form us,) to let the world know what a wonderful service that has been given to us. Lulu is a natural. Lulu's training has been easy. She knows all the basic commands along with letting us know when our sugar levels are to high. She will not let up until we check ourselves. She smells the odor a diabetic gives off.
They are a big help to those of use needing to get our dogs registered as service dogs. They have a quick turnaround in the products you order. Everything came as stated on their website. I love the cards I ordered and have put them in a couple of places with permission and have handed out a few.
