Ordered two products from Tineco. Directly from there website. No confirmation email. No shipping email. Called customer support... recording telling me basically we cannot help at this time. Left a message as instructed. No call back or email. Went to live chat... there is no live chat! It just sends a message to customer support. Three days later I get a response asking me my email and what I ordered. Responded back right away on what I ordered. 2 days later and still no response. This company is not ready to handle anything correctly. Avoid at all costs!
I Floor 3broken before one year and they want to replace with a refurbished unit under warranty. Your brand new one failed why would I want a refurbished just goes to show a lot of them break super disappointed in customer service and warranty I would never buy from them again!
I agree with the other reviewer. I foolishly fell for all the good reviews. The vacuum is nice, but I ran over something and it's making some noise. I called customer service, could barely understand what they were saying because of language, and was told to check for clogs. There is no clog that I can see. I contacted a local vacuum shop, and the girl that worked there said that they don't work on Tineco items, that they're basically disposable. I said that they were rated #1 on Consumer reports, and she said that that didn't mean a thing. I'm starting to believe her. I send emails to Tineco and they never answer. I'm returning this and going back to Shark.
The product I purchased was still under warranty and stopped charging and I was offered $10.00 the first time I heard back from the company. I was told there was no service agent in Canada, therefore they couldn't fix it. In my experience with any product, if something is under warranty it should be covered completely at either a replacement or 100% refund if the company cannot repair the product. It's unfortunate as I recommended the product to friends and family and they all purchased due to my referral. I wasn't the first of my friends to have a problem with the vacuum in the first two years under warranty. But, somehow my friend who did, was sent a brand new refurbished unit at no cost at all. It's appalling to have been offered a $10 dollar credit. After expressing me disappointment for weeks I was finally offered $200 dollars in refund, but I was still not satisfied with this but the company wouldn't budge any further. It was a huge hassle trying to get the money back with numerous emails being sent back and forth and nothing was quickly dealt with. Considering this is such a large company who sells world wide, I am extremely disappointed with their service outside of USA. It is simply not acceptable when you pay the price for a high end appliance. 1/5 stars.
Purchased in 2019. Motor no good after 1 year. Tineco replaced under 2-year warranty. The new warranty for the motor is only one year and broke in the same manner with light use after 1 year. No give by Tineco customer service, only cited policy and 1-year warranty.
I could not be more dissapointed in a product. I rarely if ever post reviews. This product gave me the incentive to do.
I will never buy Tineco again.
Paid for new filters 2 months ago. No tracking, no feedback from customer service. No way to get through on the phone. More like a scam than anything.
My Floor One S3 broke. They recognized the breakdown and "stupidly" refused to repair it or provide a new one, the warranty is still valid.
Do not buy any of there products. They break easily and the customer service is HORRIBLE! Please read this and be warned!
