Even though the Tineco web site shows their battery last 70 minutes, their actual spec is 9 minutes without anything attached to the vacuum. The Tineco cordless vacuum is a piece of crap. Do not buy
I purchased a s5 extreme cleaner back in 2023. However after a year of use I begin to experience issues with the machine. I reached out to customer service initially in 11/9/2024, first they believed it was an adapter issue so I received a new adapter, but that did not fix the issue. On 11/21/24 they asked me to send the machine back to the repair center as my machine is still under warranty. They advised me that the repair process will be completely within 3 business days. The machine arrived at the repair center on 12/4/24 and I was told that Tineco is going through upgrading system and it would postpone the process to 5-7 business days. On 12/20/24 I was notified that the machine is non repairable and was offered for a refurbished floor one s6. However they informed me that the machine is undergoing upgrade and it will take sometime to be shipped out. After waiting for 2 weeks with no new updates, I reached out on 1/3/25 and was told that the refurbish s6 is out of stock. So I was offered for a refurbish s5 extreme (same model of my machine). At this point they were surely that the refurbish s5 extreme is in stock. I accepted the offer and the wait game started all over again. Disappointedly on 1/11/25 I was told that the refurbish s5 extreme is also out of stock and I was offered for a downgrade refurbish s5 combo machine, which I did not accept. On 1/13/25 they again offered me for a brand new s5 extreme with no warranty and was told that the process would take 7-14 business days. On 1/16/25 I reached out again as I am beyond frustrated and they said will be expediting the process and that I should be getting a tracking number within 3-5 business days. However after another week of wait times, they promised me on 1/20/25 that I will be getting a tracking number by the end of Friday this week. I just reached out this morning but was told the shipping processing is getting delayed again and now I am back to the beginning of the waiting game again!
It seems like they are just lying about sending out the machine.
This is very absurd that it has been 3 months and I still have not received a replacement. The customer service cannot help resolve anything but only to tell me to wait. I am not sure why is this machine taking so long to be shipped out and what is the cause of hold up. If Tineco refuses to send me the replacement then I need to be reimbursed for the money I paid

The machine does the job, but stop working after only around 10 uses. Customer service is a Joke have you on the line for hours and nobody solve anything for you, they told me were sending me an email and replacements and were all lies, also is almost impossible to understand the broken english, and let me tell you I'm not even native either.
When first bought, I was extremely pleased. However, within the 2-year warranty period, main motor was replaced twice, power brush replaced twice, and docking unit replaced. Now, after 2 years 3 months, have to use highest power to clean hard floors. Also, this vac requires A LOT of maintenance. Must clean brush and filter after every use. This vac has little to no edge-cleaning ability. Tineco is apparently based in the UK, so communication is very slow because of the time difference. If you can get someone on the phone, he will have a heavy accent and English is not great. I think they speak from a script, and if you ask anything not on their script, they just try to get rid of you.
It sucks because it doesn't do much of that. I vacuumed the entire floor with the Tineco Stick vacuum and then I broom swept it and got a nice pile of dirt, crumbs, flower petals, etc. that were not picked up. I've only had this thing since end of NOV 2022. I use it 1-2 times per month and find it does a poor job of cleaning other than dust on hard wood and tile floors. I clean the reservoir and filter every time I use which is very awkward to accomplish because of its unwieldy top heavy shape. It doesn't stand up on its own which is another bothersome feature. You need a third arm to deal with it. Don't spend your money on this product.
I got my vacuum in May of 2023 as a gift. December 8th 2023 it caught on fire which caught my wall on fire. I have called customer service numerous times. I've emailed them through two different emails. They keep giving me the runaround. Finally my lawyer called them and said we need to resolve this because all she wants is a vacuum back or it's going to be a lawsuit.
You do not get what you paid for. Received Floor One S3 Series as a gift. I feel bad for my daughter who paid for it. Expensive piece of crap. Wheels make black mark on tile. A professional tile cleaner advised to never push the cleaner forward. Only pull backwards. Keeps telling me to empty dirty water container and the dirty water cleaner is empty or not attached. Only good thing is that the solution has a good smell. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I purchased my Tineco 3,3 years ago. With in the first year the machine stopped working properly. I contacted Tineco Customer service and they advised I would have to send it to them to be looked at and they would only refund a certain amount if thr shipping. I sent it back to them, they advised they fixed the machine. At first it was running good, then started having the same issues. Again, I was asked to return at my expense and only compensated for a small amount of the shipping. This time they informed me they were sending a refurbished one to me. This one also began to ha e problems. (NOTE: I've regularly cleaned it and used approved cleaning products in it.) Now I'm being told that I'm past the warranty and was offered 10% off if I want to buy a new machine. This product was $400 and I feel that it should have lasted more than 3 years.
Purchased the Floor One S5 Pro March 2022 and loved it. Purchased the iCarpet Complete Nov 2022 and completely wrong item sent. Tineco refused to authorize/pay FedEx for pickup, so I hauled it to FedEx store, sent shipping receipt. No response x 2 days, sent another request to have the proper item sent, and six days after proof of return and two written requests they finally placed my order, which was received a month after original order placed. I requested $50 compensation for my time/trouble & expense to return their shipping the wrong item. They refused any and all compensation. I won't do business with Tineco again.
I've owned 4 of these mops. It's not worth it. It breaks every year and they want you to pay for it. Shipping parts and it's only used every third day Don't buy this machine It's hard to charge and it's not worth 500 dollars to gos every year They need to repaid such a piece of junk themselves. I bought the FloorOne S2 and it only worked for 6 MONTHS. Tineco refuses to send me a replacement. The motor doesn't power on and we tried every troubleshooting method to no avail. Tineco says the best they can do is send me a refurbished machine AFTER I send back my broken machine. However, they won't send me a prepaid shipping label. Mind you, I purchased the 3-year warranty when I purchased my Tineco. Will not recommend Tineco to ANYONE. This S2 is the third Tineco I have owned. I've had the S5 and the S3 and I'm very very disappointed in Tineco customer service! I'll take my business elsewhere.
Have a Tineco model VA*******US, stick vacuum cleaner. It's a great device but the unit had a glitch where the head would spin when attached regardless of the trigger being pressed or not.
Called customer service and got through the prompts easily, and spoke with a live agent quickly.
They sent me a new roller head and it came in about a week and a half. It wasn't the problem though as it also would spin constantly.
I called again and explained the issue and they sent a whole new unit and did not require me to send back the faulty unit.
I find this to be exceptional service and wanted to express my gratitude in a world where negative reviews seem to be written more often than positive ones.

I hate this company! Do not buy their products! They are cheap cheap cheap replicas of Dyson products. But they charge the same amount of money, actually in some cases more money. Their products constantly fall apart, and their customer service is horrible absolutely horrible. I'm telling you if you wanna avoid eye major headache do not listen to the reviews on Amazon! They are bulls**t, I have literally owned three models, and I've had to replace parts on all of them numerous times. Every time they've made it hard for me. Their products are crap, they can't even stand up to normal wear and tear. I'm not kidding when I say I am constantly having to contact them for replacement parts.
This company is impossible to deal with. Products break easily. I had a s5 floor one. $500 and it stopped charging in less than a month. Contacted them and they have been giving me the run around over s month. Filed a complaint with the bbb. Found they have an F rating. Not surprised. Will never buy this brand again. Absolutely the worst customer service.
I did a lot of research before purchasing my Tineco A11 cordless vacuum cleaner. I used it daily for about 9 months and the motor stopped working. As I'd bought it on Amazon through Tineco, it was registered under warranty. I was skeptic after reading many poor reviews about the warranty but I have to say, Tineco customer support were brilliant. I rang to describe my problem and sent them videos of my vacuum. They promptly sent me a new motor and it's working like a dream again. I think customer service/warranty honouring is so important and I'm very satisfied with Tineco!
"Customer service" is a freaking joke. They will put you off and put you off to not actually have to do anything. The service hours on the website are NOT accurate. They say 10a-10p (no time zone?) then when you call it's 9a-9p Central time but they're CLOSED at 8:30p Central time? I had a vacuum that broke within a month, and after 3 months of back and forth they finally replaced. The new one broke, but they conveniently "updated their systems" and had no record of it? (I did...keep records.) I ordered replacement parts and they NEVER shipped them. I had to follow up MULTIPLE times and threaten to get my CC involved.
SCAM. Just avoid to save yourself hassle.

I placed order 10/13/2022, didn't received until 10/31. Then called customer service, they said not in stock anymore. They said request another product which same price, few days still no response. Then called again customer service, they said couldn't do anything, I request money back, they let me do myself online, but I purchased as guest on line so it's annoying for me have to resist on line. Very wired processing!
I purchased my first (Tineco), and it will be my last, over two years ago. Previously, I had purchased a Dyson (twice), and as all of know this cordless vacuum cleaner is pricey. But I took a chance and bought the Tineco (#10, maybe) because it was cheaper, and after 2 years it died. The batteries (both) no longer held their charge. After several attempts of attempting to recharge both batteries failed, I had to junk it. With this model, it was big, heavy and clumsy. This Chinese company is it rush to into the market produced a lousy imitation. In this case you pay for what you get.
