I Floor 3broken before one year and they want to replace with a refurbished unit under warranty. Your brand new one failed why would I want a refurbished just goes to show a lot of them break super disappointed in customer service and warranty I would never buy from them again!
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy both of them are horrible and broke before a year I am still paying on them and they broke!!
