I ordered two wigs I've kept one but wanted to send the other back for a refund they said send us some pictures for a return so I did what they asked,no customer service they won't send me a return QR code to send this wig back, they didn't reply to my texts or emails,also not a uk based company fake based in china now I'm £101 out of pocket do not buy from these liars warning do not buy anything from this company

Really poor customer service,Lucy is really unhelpful, have bought a wig,recieved a dark one and I'm blonde,ordered a short one and got a long one,this company is a SCAM,been trying to get my money back,but to no avail, they want me to keep the one I've got and they want to give me 15%back,bearing in mind its no good for me,they are disgusting, so pleased don't buy from them,November 2023.

You are unlikely to receive what you ordered and the chances of a refund are slim. My experience. Bunch of so and so`s.

I ordered a light brown bob style wig. Got a long dark brown one. After asking for more than a week for a return address, they just keep sending me auto generated emails with excuses. I paid £95 out of my sick pay, only for them to suggest I go to the hairdressers to have it cut. It feels like plastic. They claim to be UK based, but they're actually just another company from China. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased

I ordered a shoulder length wavy grey wig as shown in the picture so I could experience how I would look before going full on grey naturally. I chose a wig that looked youthful in the image online, what I received was a short, curly wig with a full fringe that made an old woman look older! I have tried to contact for a full refund and was told to take to a hairdresser to sort out! How can a hairdresser make a short wig long?

Don't buy anything from this site. You get a hideous, cheap synthetic wig that is absolutely nothing like the one ordered. Lucy is rude and won't give return details. Am not getting any replies now. I have reported them to Trading Standards, PayPal and Trustpilot where they have only have fake 5* reviews or genuine 1*. Don't buy from them, you will absolutely regret it. If you do use PayPal or a credit card.

A fraudulent and scam site that displays pictures of wigs, they alleged that they're making it using human hair on demand, then it turns out that the pictures shown are celebrities and people with their real hair, and this site does not produce these products and does not return shoppers' money.
They stole 350 pounds from me and keep asking more for no reason!

This wig is very soft and realistic looking and also full in the back. It's very comfortable once you get it in place. Overall, this is a nice quality product!I am pretty happy with it! It's my first time ordering a wig and I'm impressed at the quality of it. It look super natural. I love it!

Purchased a wig from urhair and it was awful. Wanted to return but they came up with loads of excuses not to return. You can't get the address as they won't give it to you and offered me £25 out of £115. They state in their T&Cs that you can return for a full refund but they make it absolutely impossible. I advise you to think twice before spending your money with them as they don't adhere to what they put in print. I am so angry but what can i do I'm stuck

Please don't buy from these people the wigs I wanted were so lovely OMG the one that arrived were awful straight in the bin. Never again lesson well learned.

I loved this wig so much. The fit, the color, was fabulous, however, I couldn't figure out a way to style it that would look good on me. I'll keep trying to find another wig that will suit me better. Thank goodness for this website's excellent return policy! I am always pleased with the customer service and their exchange/credit policy. You do have to pay shipping back, but to me that only seems fair if you are not going to keep the wig.

Ordered what I thought to be a nice wig in picture only to open the box to a completely different wig,very orange colour synthetic not real hair tried to return but having no luck just want me to choose another one for half price god knows what I will end up with.Keep going round in circles with emails RUBISH customer service wasted £74 DO NOT BUY from this so called company

This company displays unreal photos of the wigs. When I received my order, the wig was totally different from the picture and it is a very ugly and low quality wig.
Lisa, their contact person refused in several emails to provide the address for returns. She also refused to offer refund. This is a scam, please complain to stop them!

Ordered a wig for a friend. Colour was nothing like what had been ordered and it didn't fit. Was far to big. UrHair refused to refund the money or abide by any UK web selling laws. This is a scam site selling cheap, mass prodcued, plastic wigs. Trustpilot gives them less than 1 star. These people are criminals.

It is very pretty and noticeable. When you have it on it's obvious you're wearing a wig, but that's perfectly fine. The only reason I didn't give a five-star review is because the colors are not same as pictured, which is unfortunate, since I specifically wanted to own it for the beautiful colors. Still, it is really nice. I would definitely recommend it.

Bought wig for £80.00. Wrong wig and colour sent. Sent them emails asking for a Return Policy as none was enclosed with my order. Refused my pleas to return the wig. How can I get my money back.? Someone help me, please! Thanks

I paid £82 for a short pretty, lace cap wig.
When it arrived l realised l had been conned. The picture l originally saw as being the wig l had ordered in a Sale, had been lifted from a legitimate wig company.
The wig l received was a curly, coarse haired mop, similar to something you would wear to a halloween party.
You have been warned!

I ordered a real hair wig, straight shoulder length. Instead I received a very long curly synthetic wig. Even though they admitted it was a mistake they refused to give me a refund saying they made it just for me and it cost them money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They also advertise a London address, if I had know it was coming from China, I would not have ordered.

I had a fake ugly wig, and it seems like they're having fun wasting your time in a ridiculous way... No human hair, nor the quality of a synthetic wig. A nightmare.

This company is s scam and are acting fraudulently. Look on the internet for trustpilot and see genuine reviews. They take your money and you receive sub standard wigs in wrong colour and style. They refuse to give refunds. I understand they are under investigation. Please be careful as what you receive will have no resemblance to what is on the site. I posted a negative feedback and they took it off. Very suspicious of those on here.

The wig I received was nothing like what I ordered. They will not give me a refund and say it will cost me to much to return it and it might get lost in the post. I paid almost £70 and they are offering me no more than 20% and keep the dreadful wig which I wouldn't wear. There is no customer care whatsoever with these people. Please do not buy from these people as you will just waste your money.

Do not buy a wig from this business. They are running a scam.

I ordered a wig — £166 — and it wasn't delivered until I sent three emails over the course of 28 days.

When the wig arrived it was damaged, unwearable, and it came in a broken and recycled box which belonged to a different company, and it came without a receipt.

When I asked to return the wig in exchange for a refund, I was told to take the wig to a hairdresser for repairs. When I refused, I was told to 'try it a different way'.

I have alopecia and purchase wigs from here often, for >6 years now. I am 64 and I have so many wigs and wanted something that was light that can be worn all day without bothering me. This is it. This wig was newly out when I ordered it. I'm thrilled with it. I style it just like the picture and have received many compliments. The color, texture and style is so natural. My husband is used to me changing my wigs daily but this one caught his attention. A male friend I haven't seen in a few months told me, without prompting, this is his favorite wig yet! I'm ordering another one and putting a bunch of my wigs in storage. PS, love the price.
