I have cancelled my order within 55 minutes of placing it and have been refused refund by this this company. I have escalated my issue with PayPal they have recovered my money within two weeks. While I have been waiting for the outcome of PayPal investigation this dishonest supplier was bombarding me with the countless email all contradicted one another in total over 50 emails. My advice to you is keep responding by just copying your original refund request do not enter to any dialogue just the factual email copied over and over.
