They reply but it's like a game of ping pong with them just refusing to refund and instead offering more products at a discount price! Terrible company!

Customer Service? You are joking. Fatuous emails offering discounts on more wigs, no refunds, no address. Dreadful company.

100% agree with what's been said above. They offer discounts, more wigs but NEVER a refund. Do NOT buy from this company.
