Ordered wig from this company nothing like the one I wanted, emailed them they said take it to a hairdresser, they want me return it to order another one, offered me as compensation another wig also ( as in my complaint in this, couldn't trust them asking them you show me a wig this is the one I'd like Judy Dentch color/ style but don't show me it on a celebrity, I want to see wig it on a wig stand or holding it in your hands, before I depart with any money again,, I've now declined there offer, couldn't trust you again in odering another, as didn't get what I paid for in the beginning,, they said we worked very hard on the wig, I replied so did I to buy it, sent another email now 23/4/2019 asking for a full refund within 7 days waiting to hear, from urhairwigs today's update of urhairwigs 30/4/2019 had email return the wig and we will put £25.00 in your account told them I'm not paying for return of wig at a high price I want a full refund, although I do have a return address on my parcel for uniwigs looks like UK address I'll have to look it up keep you posted
