I came upon this gem several years ago and I am still excited to check out what's going on every day! I have gotten some great deals and their daily gift card contest makes it even more fun! From bedding to clothing to tech items you can't go wrong and the prices are terrific!

Found this site 6 months back and I've been a monthly user ever since. Easy to navigate controls on Until Gone. The deals are fabulous here even without the extra savings during sales. Shipping is fast and fairly priced. All my orders have been delivered, properly packaged and on time. I send my friends to Until Gone when they see my new items! Nobody believes me that quality items can be so cheap!

If they don't agree they will Suspend you!
I was a good costumer, spent a lot of money with this company. Was dealing with Customer Service trying to solve an old problem. I paid for 3 extended warranties and asked how to find out about the only to be told o has never purchased them. I did send in proof of purchase, confirmed what was needed and that was it. They never told me how to use the warranties. So they expired. I got sick, recovered and finally contacted them again. After being told again that I had never purchased the extended warranties and proving again I had, I was finally referred to a supervisor (Jennifer). After sending me an introduction email I never heard back. She's now ignored 4 emails over 8 days. In addition now the website says I'm a "suspended user".
They do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Nor are they concerned about customer satisfaction. Only recourse is to warn others about dealing with this company.

I've been purchasing from untilgone for many years. I received an email that said I won $100 gift card. When I tried to cash it and I was denied. They stated an employee made a mistake. I've seen others on this site with the same exact problem as me. This can't be a mistake. Somethings wrong. Company makes a commitment they should stick by it.
How many others have received this mistakenly, hundred dollar phony gift certificate?

Originally I was afraid to buy here but since realized the items are great and the customer service is even better. I am very happy with my purchases so far and I did purchase warranties for both items I purchased

I ordered an iPad I was looking for the generation searched every page and it was never listed on any page. It was one small line place buried in pages and pages in the the bottom. I see that it was a product of 2017 which they did not disclose prominently and they should have so consumers can make an informed decision.

I ordered a small game system for my nephew. It never arrived. The package said delivered by USPS. We have cameras. Nothing was delivered that day. We have good neighbors. No one has the package. Untilgone made it my responsibility to search for a package that was never received. They keep saying to contact USPS. USPS is not helpful and will waste your time. But I paid for an item. They paid the courier that did not deliver and consider the buyer at fault. First time this has happened and definitely the last. Beware. Customer service is non existent unless you consider it's your responsibility to research and ultimately lose your time and money

I was emailed a promo for a portable massage table for $59.99 free shipping. This is a good price as we have looked for a while. The link in the email took me to the site BUT, I made a mistake and opened the site in a browser instead. I didn't realize that purchasing without the link, the prices are different and it wasn't until I clicked complete the purchase that I realized I wasn't getting the sale price. If you then try to return the item they want it unopened etc. and you must pay the return shipping and whatever they charged you to ship it.

This company sells cheap items and treats customers horribly when trying to return an item. I am in the process of trying to return an item and I am being treated like I am scamming them for money. At this point I don't even want them to refund...I just want to return the item and never work with this company again.

At UntilGone.com they make a point of telling you as little about a product as possible so they have less difficulty sneaking out form under any responsibility for any issues. They also will not take responsibility for nay of the products they sell. If there is an issue they must contact there supplier for wisdom as to how to handle the issue. Be aware that when you make a purchase from UntilGone you are not buying from them but form some third party that could be anywhere in the world. If you are lucky the item you receive will match the abbreviated description of the item on their site. In this case you have only overpaid for the item. Typically not a huge overpayment but most items for sale on UntilGone can be had for less elsewhere. Unfortunately you cannot determine that until you have purchase the item because that is the only way you are going to receive pertinent information such as SKU, UPC, etc.

Over the years I've bought from Yugster so many great items at such good prices that I really can't think of a better on-line marketplace. Easy to order; easy to pay; speedy turnaround; super low shipping costs (often free); quick delivery; hassle-free returns on the rare occasion when a return is necessary -- Yugster does it all with style.

Shopping at Until Gone is fun. Many of the items probably won't appeal to you but they do have some excellent closeout items at very good prices. Shop with confidence. They are good people and work hard to make things right in the unlikely case they're not.
I had to return a Bluetooth speaker that didn't work properly. The process was painless and simple.

This is good place to find stuff you'd would find at a flea market. From batteries to wall sockets, electronics, gadgets, home and garden, clothing and beauty/personal care to tools and automotive it's all there. Merchandise can be cheaply made or out of date overstock but it's great for the 'I could use that' shopper or just to browse. It sometimes takes forever to get the stuff and you never know how it's coming but overall ITS WORTH taking a look. You might find an ' I need that' something for cheap.

I ordered curtains based on their description stating each panel was 54 inches each. In fact they were 37 inch panels. I contacted them for a return and I got the run around. I needed pictures of package label and picture of contents. Well damn they sent me the item why do they need pictures? Did all that then was told to send pictures in 2 other formats. What the heck? I don't know how to do that I replied. No response from them since. STAY AW

I purchased several items with Untilgone on two occasions. First was a toy for my daughter and the toy broke the first time we tried using it. I attempted a return and was never given a return number or official instruction. It was cheap so I let it go and threw the toy away. The second time last month purchased a Sonic Toothbrush for my daughter and it Never held a charge and stopped working a week later. I initiated the return process and got denied due to 32 days after receiving shipment. You MUST check your products quickly. Their customer service is absent for legal returns and quick to deny any other returns. Poor business operations and Poor quality products. I strongly do NOT recommend doing business with UntilGone.
